Nicole told us about the trash days and everything it was very knowledgeable and had to pull people come out and clean the pool and keep up with the stuff.

Place is great, and the location is a quick 10/15 min walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping in the downtown. The house was well stocked with towels and water. Also liked that there was a Britta filter in the fridge. Jeff is very responsive. We were running out of toilet paper and within 10 or 15 min a new pack of toilet paper was delivered to the house. Also like that the house is equipped with smart locks, so all 10 of us could get in and out without having to worry about keys. Definitely recommend the home and would stay again.

Fabulous Airbnb! We spent three nights in this amazing home. The reaction of my son and nephew going through the house was priceless. The screened in pool, games room in the garage and huge private yard with soccer, mini putt, cornhole and volleyball, provided hours of family fun! The house was clean, great layout and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

The house was beautiful, very well kept! Offered extra toiletries, soaps, all the necessities. The pool is not heated, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. It was the perfect vacation spot for my family.

We stayed at Kent's place to celebrate my mom's birthday for a weekend in St. pete The stay at the Farm was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked, the master bath was lovely, all the bedrooms were comfortable, the great room was very relaxing. It was so peaceful. Kent was extremely helpful and very responsive. Our whole family enjoyed. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We stayed five nights, and there wasn't a thing we could have wanted that wasn't there. Everything was comfortable, clean, and it just looked so nice! The extra high ceilings made it feel huge! Extra little touches like nightlights throughout, games, cozy blankets, ceiling fans, and a window AC unit in the bedroom so you can have it just how you like it. Even an umbrella for the beach! Glad we saw the previous reviews about the tight parking, so we were sure to rent a small car. Could hear the TV and a bit of laughter from whoever was staying in Lime Lane once, but it still felt totally private. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends. First, I have found it difficult to find an aBNB in Lutz, and we always come because family live by. Added to that, we had to find a place with at least two bedrooms because we were traveling with a friend. So, this location was perfect. Very close to family. I had a little difficulty finding the place because I took the old Collier Road and it "ran out of street" at the next address. I did find my way, then all was well. The host tried her best to give landmarks to find the driveway. The place was beautiful and the surroundings gorgeous- Lake view was really nice. Our friend was mildly disturbed by another person (perhaps another guest?) talking on a phone late at night but we didn't hear anything from our bedroom. I would definitely rent this again if I needed two bedrooms. Thanks!

This spot was perfect for a quick stay! Would also be a great place for a longer stay, but it fit what we needed exactly! Loved the privacy it offered and of course the hot tub was incredible! We also loved the convenience of having everything we needed to cook a meal there. Overall amazing stay!

GREAT spot in such a sweet town. The Airbnb was absolutely stunning and very clean. The host was quick to respond to messages and was very nice 😊 The King size bed had a mattress topper that was sooo comfy, I slept like a baby. The easy access to the HUGE and beautiful lake was awesome to launch our inflatable paddle boards and kayaks. I definitely recommend this rental 😊

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

Tony's Island Palm Suite was a great place to stay. I watched some high school baseball games at nearby Walter Fuller Park/Baseball City and this was the perfect location for me to stay. The listing was clean and was a great fit for me!

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris were fabulous hosts. Communication was extremely easy, and responses were prompt if ever we had a question. The property itself was perfect for travelling with two young kids, and three generations all in one house. All of the small details were covered for the kids including baby gates throughout the house for safety, and a variety of toys and books to keep them occupied. The adults also greatly enjoyed the stay, a beautiful house with ample room and amenities to vacation comfortably, and a spacious backyard with heated pool to kick back, relax and enjoy the sun. Thank you Karie, Chris, and Megan for a memorable vacation.

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! The property was a great location to house out-of-town guests for a local wedding— everyone really enjoyed the property. The descriptions were accurate and the host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cam’s place! Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, minutes to our favorite beach, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful rooftop views, and the elevator was awesome for one of our group who has a bad knee. We would love to stay here again, especially during a warmer season.

Largo is a great location!

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

Great stay! The 4 apartments made it great to have privacy but there was enough room in the common area for everyone to hang out. I stayed in March and the pool was warm. There was one issue with A/C in one apartment but the host responded immediately and solved it.
