I had an amazing stay at this guest house! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. 10/10 experience – I would definitely stay here again!

James was a wonderful host. We landed really late so he gave us extra guidance to ensure we knew where to go and left lots of lights on making it easy to find. The guest home is in a quiet neighborhood and it was incredibly easy to get a good nights sleep. A great location for those going to George Steinbrenner Field or Raymond James Stadium. We left at 5:15 am and he told us not to worry about towels, sheets, trash etc. which was really nice considering the time. We plan to come back to spring training next year and hope this guest home is available for our stay!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

Karen and Pete have been wonderful hosts! My husband and I were displaced by the recent hurricanes, and needed a place to stay while we get our house repaired. They have been very welcoming, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help out if needed. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. It's a large private space, with lots of windows and natural light, with a nice sized main room and kitchen. The home has reliable high-speed internet which has been great for my husband working remote. It's in a peaceful country-like setting with beautiful flowering vines and mature oak trees surrounding the property. Located across the street is Walsingham Park, a large county park with walking/biking trails, lakes, and picnic areas. It's also close to the Pinellas Trail, an awesome bike trail that runs the entire length of the county. The property is located in a quiet residential area with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Leigh Ann's property was nothing short of stellar. Just the right amount of space for our party of two girls trip! The kitchen & bathroom had all of the right essentials for coffee & basic cooking. We loved the beach necessities that we totally forgot to pack as well. Check in & check out were status quo, we actually were able to get in a tad early, in which we are eternally grateful. We were able to walk 10-15 minutes for a few restaurants, and a 30 minute walk or $10 Uber to downtown. Overall, 10/10 would stay again!

Dirk and Erika were wonderful communicators and the space was in an awesome location, we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. It was quaint and on a quiet street, we were thankful for a weekend away!

Once again we had a wonderful time at Evie's place. We are never disappointed and look forward to our "Happy Place" every year!!

Victor was extremely helpful and let us book the day of our reservation! He responded quickly to any questions I had. We needed to use the air mattress for our third guest, and he had the housekeeper come by to set it all up for us! The back yard was my favorite part of the place! I would definitely book here again!

Only complaint is that we didn’t have any time to enjoy the amenities. Beautiful pool and lovely seating area and bar right outside our door, but we were so busy visiting family we only had time to sleep and shower.

This was one of my favorite places to stay, it’s small but perfect for a couple. Exactly as described. Decorated very nice, simple but tasteful and very clean. I will stay again if ever in the area, it was just perfect!

We stayed one night in Tampa, the apartment is perfect, equipped with every comfort, quiet and perfectly clean and well-kept. I recommend it both for the price and the quality of the service.

The location was great! It was perfect for a couple and we would definitely return!! We especially loved the fluffy towels and we used the beach towels also! Highly recommend!

The house was in perfect condition! I brought my small dog and much to my surprise I arrived to dog bowls, a dog bed and poop bags!! Such a great touch! The place was well equipped and spotless! Tatiana was very helpful and welcoming!

Place is well located within downtown, with all the amenities you could need. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in st. Pete

The Tiki Hut was beautiful. The lush outdoor area made for an amazing view and experience. The house was mostly clean, the carpets seemed a bit dirty but we still felt comfortable and at home. Wonderful hosts! We would rent again.

Our flight got delayed by 4 hours, so my wife and I showed up around midnight. Not only was check in still easy, but Giovanny was willing to work with us over this delay. The yard was beautiful, the place was spotless, and it was peaceful the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to AirBnB in Tampa.

Really nice and comfortable apartment in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well stocked and felt really homely. Kay has gone to a lot of trouble to make her property feel like a home. Would definitely stay again. A fifteen minute walk from the centre of town so therefore a great location.

Matt’s place was nothing short of amazing. You can tell the construction was done right and no shortcuts were taken on this listing. I come down yearly and am already shortlisting this for next year’s trip. Added bonus is the bamboo trees in the backyard that sound so relaxing as the wind shifts them. I also made a mistake and totally forgot to pack up some valuables. Matt responded promptly, made sure everything was accounted for, and promptly shipped everything to me the next day. 10/10 experience

It was a beautiful quiet guesthouse within a backyard garden with a lot of amenities. Surprisingly very spacious. His mom was super cool and willing to help if we needed anything. Worth the stay!
