Diane’s place was great! We were in town for the weekend and the place was just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and we loved using the grill! It is walkable to everything and we didn’t use our car once after we got here. The beach is right across the street and a lot of good restaurants and ice cream. Diane was such a great host! She answered all of our questions. We plan to come back soon and rent Diane’s place again in the next couple months! We loved it here!

Walking distance to downtown St. Pete’s which made life very easy (parking downtown is challenging). Quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk to an array of restaurants. House is fairly small but we didn’t plan to spend time indoors so it wasn’t a problem.

I had an amazing stay at this guest house! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt right at home. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. 10/10 experience – I would definitely stay here again!

Though it’s been a few years this was our fifth time staying at The Roost. We love the decor, location, amenities, coziness, and all there is to do within walking distance . This is a quirky little place with a deluxe feel. It is our favorite place to stay when visiting local family in the Tampa area ! The back patio has a delightful new hot tub jacuzzi surrounded by a pergola of blooming bougainvillea! It is in a super location within walking distance to several famous restaurants ! Ybor is worth a visit and the Roost is perfect for a couple !

We had the pleasure of staying in this cozy tiny home for two nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. The space was thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of every inch, and it truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was clear that a lot of care went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location added to the charm, as the town was delightfully quaint and made exploring a joy. Whether we were relaxing indoors or discovering the area, the experience was memorable from start to finish. Walkable to lots of local gems. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a unique and charming getaway. We would definitely love to return in the future!

Absolutely amazing stay, I had a wonderful time for a little getaway and this is conveniently close to a lot of great places! Jeremy was a great host and I could ask for anything better!

My 9 year old daughter, my 50 lb dog and I all stayed in this little slice of paradise. The mini house is very well-appointed with no small detail left untouched. It was private, very close driving distance to all of the attractions we wanted to do. The patio is perfect sized to have a coffee and breakfast on. There’s a small turfed area for your dog to do their business. Instructions for everything were very clear - from where to park, where to place the trash, the used linens, a huge stack of fliers for places to eat and things to do. I felt very safe walking my dog throughout the neighborhood, neighbors I did see were friendly and waved. I can’t say enough great things about this adorable property. We CANNOT wait to come back!! The spot is close to the highway, which is convenient for getting around with a vehicle. On foot, you'll find your options pretty limited. Very cute, cozy location. Probably best suited for a single traveler, but the two of us like eachother, so we got cozy.

A very sweet, quiet place within walking distance of the musical Gulfport main drag. Everything was clean, neat and in good order. The unit sits on a lovely pool deck with toys and everything you need.

Julie was very friendly. If there were any issues, her response time was great. I really liked the place. It's perfect for one person or a couple. It was decorated nice. My only complaints were it needs a thorough deep cleaning. Wall hangings, base boards, knick knacks etc, were dusty. But the location was great & I would stay there again because of all of her amenities, her response time & the price was good.

My husband and I have grown to love Keisha and her place! She is truly incredible, so kind, extremely friendly, and has so many recommendations if you ask. She is so responsive, and will do sharing in her power to make your stay special. Her place is the perfect to make your stay amazing. I live having a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer she dryer. I highly recommend staying here!

Leo was such an accommodating host! We were in a bind with our original air bnb and he responded right away so we had a place to stay for the remainder of our trip. The space itself was clean and set up nicely. The bathroom was very aesthetically pleasing and the shower was awesome. Having an in-home laundry option was also incredibly helpful! Very safe and quiet neighborhood and the mini-golf in the back was a nice touch. There’s no other place I would stay when visiting Tampa. I would absolutely recommend Leo and the Catalina Cantina!

great deal, very unique stay. will definitely come back. room was a little humid. linens felt a little wet, but it wasn't a huge deal to me.

My Second stay at this fantastic Tiny Home on farm property. Everything needed was provided! Beautiful and Peaceful location and spotless home. Carrots 🥕 left in the refrigerator for feeding Gus and Gilly as well as the five unique Cows and playful goats. Other amenities for more active families such as a canoe to paddle or fish in the beautiful lake and a grill. Right off Highway 41 North for easy access.

It’s my second time staying at Lina’s place. It was just as good, if not better than last time. The place is always pristine, organized and comfortable. And any communication with the host is as friendly as can be. The third time I come down, I know I’ll be staying at Lina’s again.
