This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Awesome place, very clean and had everything needed for a good time. Only drawback is that the key card stopped working at one point (not fault of host). Luckily I had my phone and car keys with me. If I would have left them inside it would have been a 20 minute walk at night in the cold to get a replacement. The resort should look into this issue. Overall great place.

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

The pictures don't do the home & grounds justice. Great walk-in beach for the kids with lots of toys to play with for our young kids. Relaxing and calm place to unplug.

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. Jeremiah and Lisseth were SO communicative from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous, perfect snowy vacation. The kids loved the playroom! The hot tub was a dream in the snow. Plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We had the best week! Thanks again!

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Absolutely phenomenal location! Would definitely recommend if you need a little reset and relaxation, hope to return again soon

Tammi is an amazing host. We had back to back snow storms and she was there to communicate with me on what to do for the plow man and what was expected from us to keep the place maintained. The only thing if anything that would have been helpful to us only cause we had a lot of fishing gear in the snow storms would to have more room in the garage but we made do. I will be rebooking for the same weekend next year. If we are allowed 😜

Even though we went in late March, it was snowing the afternoon we arrived. This made the lake view especially beautiful. The house was very well equipped with all the basic things a visitor might need. The layout of the house was perfect for us. There is one bedroom on the lower level with a small kitchen and lots of living space. My 12 year old granddaughter and her friend occupied this area and the adults stayed on the upper level.

We have stayed at Kevin’s place for a few years now. Once again, it did not disappoint. We had a fantastic long weekend and would definitely recommend this great space.

this place was great ! it was my first coming to woodstock and i can’t wait to come back in the summer !

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

Honestly the pictures don’t do justice for this place! It was actually better than we had imagined! I had booked this place for my in laws and we were jealous we didn’t get this place instead: the view was wonderful. The only down fall was the lights from the cars coming into the windows/ needs a darker shade but that’s the only little negative but the whole place was perfect regardless! Would stay again!

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!

It was exactly as described. It's nicely appointed (no knickknacks which just crowd a place when you're a visitor!). There were plenty of towels and everything was clean. We had some issues getting in at first because it wasn't clear where the lockbox with the key was located (instructions said front porch) but Paul called me right away when I messaged and it was quickly figured out. My only complaint is the curtains in the primary bedroom. I would love to have seen blackout curtains. I never understand why almost every airbnb we stay in has the most translucent curtains. I'd like a good night sleep and blackout curtains go a long way. All in all, I'd definitely consider staying here again. It's dog friendly which is important to me.
