This was our first experience with Airbnb and it couldn’t have been better. Jeremiah and Lisseth were SO communicative from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous, perfect snowy vacation. The kids loved the playroom! The hot tub was a dream in the snow. Plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We had the best week! Thanks again!

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

A fantastic rental property for a family or group of friends. Plenty of relaxing space and sleeping space. We had a family of 5 and had extra beds! The home was so cozy and the mountain lodge vibe fit right in with the mountains surrounding the area. So much to do within a VERY easy walking distance, including restaurants, pubs and cute little shops. Very close to the Ice Castles attraction and local ski resorts. The house is well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, including setting you up with coffee and tea to get you started as well as spices and condiments. There are games available to give you some fun activities when you are at the house and a hot tub. There is a laundry area which is great after skiing or so that your family can pack light. Very clean, beautiful decor including a cozy electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance in the primary bedroom. Such a great location and the hosts are great to work with! Can't say enough good about it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, and I truly do love this property. The house layout is very open, the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, the house is set further back from the road so no traffic noise. The yard is perfect for your pups, plenty of room for them to run in the fenced yard and a nice little deck for you to relax and watch them play. We will definitely be back this summer!

Tara was a great host, which any questions she got back to us with the answers almost immediately. The home was just as beautiful as the view and was a quick distance to the center of town. Fantastic place to gather with family for a cozy weekend in the woods. Most definitely will be staying with her listing again in the future!

Karen and Michael were wonderful hosts. Before even getting to their place, they'd already provided us with helpful information like driving tips and directions so it would be fast and easy to find their spot. Their place was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully located close to downtown North Conway, with so many great restaurants and bars. That said, we spent just as much time in the Airbnb, especially with their amazing hot tub setup. It was perfect for a spring ski weekend (Attitash was ~15 minute drive) with a bonus of enjoying downtown NoCo so easily. Last but not least, I so appreciated the minimal checkout requirements they had. I've stayed in some Airbnbs where an extensive checkout list is required, so this was a great change of pace. What they asked for was reasonable - just place used towels in the provided laundry basket and leave the place as we found it. My friends and I had a wonderful stay here, and we cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this home . Excellent view of the lake and the beach in a little cove is fantastic. We heard loons in morning and evening and saw a bald eagle 1st morning. If you like canoeing or kayaking this is a great spot. Much quieter than other parts of the lake. The home is completely modernized with excellent appliances and very relaxing. Great dining not to far away. Can't wait to go back again next year

This was our 2nd stay with Jason & Meghan! They are exceptional hosts, providing everything we could need. They live in the attached house and this came is so convenient when we realized we forgot our cribbage board. They didn't have it but offer other games which we enjoyed! After spending the 1st day at Bretton Woods, the 2nd day my GF and I were right at home relaxing and enjoying time away from our busy lives in this cozy apartment. We are looking forward to visiting again next year!

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

My husband, three sons (ages 17, 15, and 10) and I stayed at Cynthia's place for two nights on a ski trip to Loon Mountain. It was perfect for our needs. The place is well described on the listing, and the instructions were clear, so everything was as expected. Cynthia's place was clean, comfortable, and a great location. We found it very convenient to get to the mountain and also go out to eat at night. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before heading out for the day. It was an easy, comfortable place to stay after a long day of skiing. We would stay again!

Great stay at Dermot’s place. Very close to Waterville Valley and North Woodstock. The space was very memorable and unique, would definitely recommend.

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!
