Staying at Bao's place was an absolute pleasure! They were incredibly accommodating and understanding, allowing for a flexible check-in time that worked perfectly for my schedule. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel truly welcomed. The place itself was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return for another visit. Pros: • Simple. • Cheap. • Second floor. Just use the stairs. No elevator needed. • Washer and machine clothes dryer. • Balcony. • Host is very responsive. Cons: • Since the washer and dryer are shared with other rental units, then the machines are not always available. • Outdated furniture and walls. • No real kitchen with stove. You will have to ask for an electric burner stove. • The alley is small so Grab cars have difficulty finding, getting in and getting out. • No flat iron. There is handheld steamer which is not effective in ironing your clothes. Overall: • I would rent again only IF I need to be near my family and friends in this district. • If not, then I rather rent something else in D1 and near the center.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Best place to stay in HCMC , this is just 10 mins walk to district 1 , easy to find grab bikes / Cars as location is very much familiar ,it's easy to get in and get out around the area .

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten auch den Pool nach Absprache benutzen, da die Haushälterin aufpassen musste, fühlten wir uns nicht wohl, lange am Pool zu bleiben. Mit unseren Rollern konnten wir uns sehr gut in der Stadt bewegen, war gut erreichbar.

I think Linda was the most kind host I've ever met in my Airbnb experience. She was very friendly, helpful and answered all my questions immediately to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely recommend her apartment for others and I'll definitely stay at her place when I travel back to HCM. Thanks for everything Linda the super host. 👍😍😊😘🇻🇳

We had an excellent stay at Kim's place. It's very accessible to other districts by ride hailing appa and the area has lots of stores/coffee shops. The kitchen was complete with everything we need to prepare breakfast or have home-cooked meal. Kim was very responsive and I personally enjoyed going to the gym and pool. There are two entrance to go up, the smaller one goes directly to her unit. The keycards doesn't work with one or two lifts at the main entrance but it's not an issue. We also noticed a loud karaoke noise at the pubs opposite the condo between 8pm-10pm but minor, just enjoy the local music scene ... everything else was topnotch. Thanks Kim and Megan, will recommend to friends from PH and SG visiting your lovely city.
