I really like this place, a clean room, spacious, nice design and there is a very helpful housemaid. Communication with Mie is very easy, she is very responsive. There are many restaurants around the area.

Mình đã ở đây 1 tuần. So với tiện ích thì giá quá là oke, phòng có đầy đủ mọi thứ, sân thượng có máy giặt máy sấy, chỗ phơi đồ. Có cô nuôi trực sẵn 24/24 cần gì có thể gọi cô ngay, cô rất nhiệt tình. Quy trình nhận trả phòng cũng nhanh gọn

소음에 민감한 사람만 아니면 100% 만족할 수 있는 숙소입니다. 저는 100% 만족!!

studio avec cuisine et salle de bain neuf. une machine à laver est un plus nous avons par contre trouvé le matelas très dur mais nous avons aussi rencontré ce détail dans d'autres locations/hôtel la 3eme personne doit dormir sur un sofa qui se déplié pour se transformer en lit et qui n'est pas confortable. Comme nous n'avons dormis que quelques heures et que c'était notre fils de 18 ans qui l'a utilisé cela à été pour quelques heures

Căn nhà đẹp, phòng ốc sạch sẽ và gọn gàng . Nó đầy đủ tiện nghi và tiện ích như hồ bơi, karaoke, Billard,.. giống như những gì đã được mô tả trên Airbnb. Nó sẽ không làm bạn thất vọng. Alex và đội ngũ nhân viên hỗ trợ rất chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình. Họ hỗ trợ và giúp tôi mọi lúc. Lời khuyên là hãy chọn căn nhà này cho chuyến đi của mình

We had a nice time at the Ben's place. Location was good. A lot of shops and restaurants were around the house. We requested a few things during our stay to Ben. He was very helpful and quickly sort out our requests. We tried Ben's newly opened Restaurant "Farm Kitchen" and it was delicious.

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

感覺整體良好，訊息回得很快，泳池外景及日落很美，有隻非常乖巧熱情的狗狗🙌🏻 8 個人來入住很開心，因為離市區較遠，如果可以有小冊子推薦一下附近美食就更完美了！

Sang was an amazing host. He was happy to accomodate our requests and was proactive with his communications. We did not feel a need to step out for our daily essentials as it was already provided to us for a minimal fee. The pool was clean and a daily maid would ensure the house is cleaned. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends wanting to spend their time in Ho Chi Minh!
