This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Host is very friendly and rep quick I stayed here in the hot season but no need to use air condition much, the room was very cool even though the weather was very hot. Highly recommend!

Everything is good and everyone is friendly as well . The bodyguards are nice and helpful, sometimes you can hear the noise cuz it’s a small alley but it’s not that bad. I like places that quiet and i still had good sleeps during my stays. The only thing kinda makes me feel tired is i have to walk about 5-7 minutes from the main road to bean’s place cuz the car can’t get inside the alley but overall i still find this place is worth the money, affordable and comfortable.

Khu vực nhiều quán ăn, quán cà phê và siêu thị Đặc biệt, chỉ đi bộ mấy trăm mét có thể đến sân bay Tôi sẽ quay lại khi có dịp Tôi thích các căn hô của Lala, tôi sẽ luôn chọn KIRAKUAN

Mỗi lần về Việt Nam vợ chồng mình đều chọn lưu trú ở căn hộ của chị. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, vị trí cực kì thuận tiện, rất nhiều hàng quán và cà phê xung quanh, mình rất thích 100 điểm 👍👍

Excellent stay, location is good, very close to Airport, responsive host. Host accepted my stay request late night to ensure I will have a place to crash while I was in transit. I will be forever thankful for the host and recommend everyone this place.
