Moana’s place is amazing! I’m totally satisfied with my stay.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

We were looking for a stay for 5 people in Ho Chi Minh City and this place was the perfect spot. Lots of space, very nice decorated and just a vibe that you shouldn’t miss. Viet was a great host and always available and caring. Would stay again 10/10

The place was exactly like photos. Also the location was perfect. It is located in a calm lane on the main junction. Ben Thanh Market, Walking street were in walkable distance. The place was clean and check in was smooth. One thing to keep in mind is that this is on 3rd floor (atleast we got the third floor). The host let us keep luggage on ground floor, as we did not need anything from our suitcases during transit.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war sehr entspannt. Die Unterkunft ist ganz privat gelegen und man hat wirklich Ruhe. Alles ist einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen.

I had a fantastic stay at Divyansh’s place! The host was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, helpful, and always available to answer any questions I had. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The room perfectly matched the description provided in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The decor was charming and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also excellent. It is situated in a nice neighborhood, making it convenient to explore the area. There were also plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s my second time staying here and I will definitely be back next time.

Meine Wurzeln stammen aus Vietnam und ich versuche so oft meine Heimat zu besuchen. Ich reiste mich zwei Freunden an um ihnen mehr über meine Heimat zu zeigen. Wir haben uns für dieses „traditionelle“ Haus entschieden. Und es ist wirklich alles traditionell eingerichtet aber dennoch in einem leicht modernen Stil eingerichtet. Für asiatische Verhältnisse ist das Haus sauber und ordentlich. Bedenkt wirklich das es ein traditionelles/vietnamesisches Haus ist. Der Kontakt zum Host war vom Anfang bis Ende großartig. Fragen, Anregungen oder Probleme wurden sehr schnell beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße was eher ein Weg ist. Schloss wird mit einem Code geöffnet, was vom Host vor Antritt der Reise mitgeteilt wird. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich im Erdgeschoß, drei Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten (zwei im ersten Stock und einer im zweiten Stock), zwei Badezimmer (Erdgeschoss und erster Stock), eine komplett eingerichtete Küche, Terasse im zweiten Stock inkl. Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer und Ventilatoren sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Also ein komplettes Haus was man dazu braucht. Nachbarn sind supernett und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen alle in unmittelbare Nähe. Vietnamesische StreetFood gibts auch direkt vor der Haustüre. Haus liegt sehr Zentral und man kann zu Fuß direkt zum Ben Thanh Markt oder zur Bui Vien Straße gelangen. Ich empfehle jeden die App „GRAP“ aufs Mobiltelefon zu laden, es ist in Vietnam weit verbreitet und Transferfahrten sind günstiger als mit Taxen.

집안의 작은 개미와 베란다의 먼지를 제외하면 최고의 장소 큰길로나가 옆골목에는 로컬 음식점들과 로컬 사람들이 넘치는 상점가가 있습니다. 그랩이 저렴 하기때문에 골목에 위치한건 크게 문제되지 않았고 저는 재방문하게 될것같습니다. 집주인의 세심한 안내 팜플렛비치 사진과 같은 룸 컨디션 작지만 라이트쿠킹이 가능하 주방과 비치된 전자레인지, 그리고 헤어드라이어도 있으면 침대옆에는 일체형 협탁과 넉넉한 콘센트 흡연을 할수있는 발코니. 적당히 넓은 욕실 저는 별다섯개 드립니다

My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was extremely clean, stylish, comfortable & had all amenities needed for a short or longer stay! Van Anh & Jonas were super hosts! They were both especially helpful & friendly, making us feel right at home. We 100% recommend staying here and would love to return in the future :)

Sen is a great host, and I'm happy to spend 3 nights in Sen's residence. The room is surprisingly quiet given its location right inside the japanese quarter. I will stay again when I visit HCMC again, and I recommend Sen's residence to travellers with budget if you don't mind walking inside the japanese quarter.

Anh Giang’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at so far! It’s conveniently located near popular shopping markets in HCMC, making it a perfect spot for exploring the city. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating.I had a late flight, and they generously allowed me to stay beyond the check-out time. I truly felt at home here the place is super safe and well-managed. A great host with a great place,I highly recommend it!

Very comfortable stay with Jakey and Lala. They were always attentive to my needs and were there to help with anything I needed to. Apartment is just like the pictures, with the hot tub being the key element! Not too far from District 1 and very walkable neighborhood. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Generally it’s a good experience staying at Van’s place. Very convenient location, there are enough amenities for my trip period and the room is spacious. Van was friendly and prompt to answer my questions. Just a little bit surprised that there’s no elevator to my room (as it’s also on top and required me to climb many stairs so I took it as a chance to exercise) but I guess it just how Vietnamese architecture culture is and totally fine for me after the first day.

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
