Had an amazing time at Nam’s. Location is premium. If you’re there, make sure to check out reading cabin for friends and coffee. The place itself was great for digital nomading, with a table, a comfy chair and good internet. The family was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home but Bo the corgi was the real star of the show 🤌 Will definitely come next time I’m in HCMC

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

Very cool and different place. Very quirky on a good location to explore the city. I can definitely recommend the place if you are looking for something unique and the host was very welcoming. Will most probably book this place again.

Truc's place was extremely spacious, well-designed, and the artwork made us feel like we were truly at home. Especially loved the big dining table where family or a gathering of friends could have a meal. Self-check-in and check-out was also flexible and easy. We had an issue with the wifi which was swiftly resolved the next day. Location is just a little ways out of the main city center making it slightly less walkable, but it was also more peaceful. The only thing I did not expect was to have to climb up so many stairs, as I believe the upper patio is on the 5th (or 6th?) floor. This probably comes with the territory in Vietnam's architectural plots, but knowing this, I might have selected a more easily accessible place due to having elderly folks with mobility issues in my group.

I really enjoyed Truong and her space. The room was as described and in a cute and quiet alleyway. She was so kind during my stay and would definitely return. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Close to center, good for 3-6 guests, has everything for short-term stay but some equipment might be improved (knives, hairdryer productivity). Didn’t get what means gym equipment in description

Our stay was amazing! For me it is so important that the place is super clean and in Linh's apartment I didn't have to worry about it at all - everything was super tidy! Also he answered really quickly all the time and was curious if we need something. Also the house overall was super nice - it has everything you need and is with such a good location. It is possible to walk almost everywhere that is a must see in Saigon city.
