I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and refreshingly airy, making it the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The space was well-maintained, with a cozy yet modern design that instantly made me feel at home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed, from local recommendations to ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their warm hospitality truly elevated my experience. Located in District 9, this Airbnb is an ideal staycation spot—peaceful yet conveniently accessible. A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Thao’s apartment was just as described and as shown in the picture. The surrounding area has lots of playgrounds, restaurants and there is a new mall at about 15 minutes walk. The grand park was under renovation but once finished it will look amazing. Thao is very accommodating and responsive. The only problematic issues I would mention, is that it is quite far from the city centre as others have stated, but we knew this already and that the fire alarm in the building goes off at least once a day and/or night. This can be annoying and if there is actually a fire, people would probably ignore it at first. However these issues are not Thao’s fault and she was a great host. I can 100% recommend her place to anyone looking for a few days in HCMC.

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Stayed here for a few days to be nearby for a friends wedding and the place was exactly what I needed - clean, spacious, great location in D2 and a great view over the city and the river to top it off. Minh was super responsive and helpful whenever I needed anything, and her flexibility made my stay super easy, would stay here again any time.

The house was very nice and clean. The host was super friendly and supportive. Definitely recommend this place.
