Andrew’s place is the perfect location for my brother’s bachelor party! It was easy to locate and the concierge was helpful when we had things we needed during our stay. The kitchen was complete with utensils, equipment, and glasses, and the garden deck was perfect for drinking and having a great time with friends 👍 The massage chair was a huge plus, and signages were all around the apartment were a huge help in avoiding any unnecessary troubles during our stay. The only concern we encountered was the VERY low water pressure. It was hard to take a shower, wash dishes, and even flush the toilet because of it. To add, there are only 2 parking spaces for your group in front so it’s better to plan ahead regarding the number of cars your group plans to bring Besides that, everything else was great about this apartment. Perfect for big group gatherings 🩷

Lots of seating areas and beds, perfect for a bigger group. The kids loved the heated pool, especially in the cool weather. Great stay!

The place has complete amenities and provides all of our basic need like, towel, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen is complete as well and we were able to use their pots and kitchen utensils. The place is very spaceous as well.

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

My family and I, felt right at home. Ms. Jez and Sir Reden were very responsive and accomodating to our queries. They were able to elucidate their instructions before and after our stay. In fact, they were so considerate to our unintentional action. The place was immaculately clean and relaxing. The pool is very aesthetic, we all loved it. Overall, we highly recommend Muni Guestpod. TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Roland and Aloha are nice, friendly host, place is clean and quiet. Lots of eating place, cafe and a mart which is handy. Accessible to public transport and near Malls. Overall we are satisfied. Thank you

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

You get what you pay for with this place. It’s modest but comfortable, and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother. At first glance, the house looks small from the outside, but they did a great job utilizing the space inside—it actually feels quite spacious. One thing to note: the AC could use an upgrade to help keep the entire place cool, especially during warmer days. Overall, a solid stay for the price.

Place has everything you need in the kitchen, toiletries, wifi was fast, TV has Netflix and karaoke. Ideal for a group of 12, and has a room on the ground floor good for older companions. Owner is accomodating.

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

Ms Loida's property was perfect for my family of 7. The house is very spacious. The backyard is spectacular, peaceful and inviting. we literally spent a majority of our time there enjoying the grotto, the sound of peaceful water flowing and of course the cute turtles living in the pond. The experience at Ms. Loida's home helped my family create great memories and also brought our families closer together.

Quiet, peaceful location. Near to 711, Japanese restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Smooth checked in, even I asked early check-in. Everything I need are all set. I could started my stay easily right after I checked in. Normilyn is amazingly quick response and gave me proper instructions all the time.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back!
