One of the best places we have ever stayed in for one of our regular meets. The heated swimming pool was the main reason we chose it. It was also very spacious, clean and in a great location. Will be back soon!

Fantastic weekend was had with 11 adults and 2 dogs, everyone was very happy. The house was beautiful with everything you will need and more! The evenings in the garden were a dream. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I stayed here with my partner and our families to celebrate my birthday, it was the perfect location and space to share time together. Ellie was incredibly helpful when we had a couple of queries. The house is beautiful and works perfectly for a larger family or group of friends to spend time together. The rooms were lovely with added bonus of a utility area, snooker room and the option of exclusive use of the pool on site, which is amazing, it is immaculately clean, has a TV, music system and a warm pool, we all loved this. It was a short drive into Malton, only 4 miles and easy to arrange taxi's if you want a drink. The grounds are beautiful for a walk. I would highly recommend a say here. Thank you for helping make this weekend special.

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

Perfect location for gettingvout and about in West Yorkshire with takeaways and supermarkets walkable and nearby. Valentinos Italian restaurant was fab for dinner too. Our hosts wetr friendly and helpful wiyhout being intrusive. The lodge garden area was a great sunspot and it was lovely reading in the chillout room overlooking the park after a busy day. Really recommend.

Our family loved our stay in this cozy spot! I wish we’d stayed another night or two. The thoughtful basket of breakfast items was especially appreciated. Thanks for making our York trip even more special!

Great place to get together with Friends. Very convenient for pubs around the Otley run. Ensuite in every room. Naz was very helpful

John was really helpful and great at keeping in touch. The property was good value for money and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and touches like washing pods and toiletries were appreciated.

Loved our stay here and great for kids. There are some farm animals and plenty of toys which our son played with. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We had a lovely stay at this annex. We had pretty much everything we could need. The snacks and wine were a nice touch. The annex was clean and well-presented. It was a bit cold in the annex but there was a heater and an electric blanket in the bed.

Gaynor was a super host. Great communication throughout and great advice and recommendations. Gaynor's home was stylish, immaculate and well organised with everything we needed plus suprise treats. Lovely garden too. We were very lucky with the weather and the location gave us the opportunity for riverside walks in and out of York so it was easy to get to all the attractions we had booked within 20-30 mins. We were so grateful to have such a welcoming and comfortable home to return to after our busy days in the city. We would 100% return and recommend.

We loved our week at Celeste’s. It was a beautiful homely house, with a wonderful Kitchen/diner for family gatherings. Our daughter lives a 4 minute drive away and works in the unit next door so it couldn’t have been a better location. Furnishings and fittings are of a high standard. The garden was beautiful to look out on (unfortunately a very cold week, so not possible to fully benefit from opening the patio doors to use it) and watch the squirrels in the trees. Everything was thought of. It’s warm and cosy and communication was fast if we had a query. The bathroom was great with a bath and shower over. (My granddaughter came with us and prefers baths) The beds were comfortable and the Roman and Venetian blinds kept out the light. Parking on a private driveway outside was a bonus. We will definitely look up this house first when looking to return as it can’t be matched. Thank you Celeste for providing a wonderful Airbnb. We’ve stayed in many but it’s with the best

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.
