Had a lovely couple of days in this fabulous apartment that had everything we needed for our stay.

Poppys place was so lovely and just right for a weekend away! Very clean and a really lovely quiet area.

Sheila’s garden flat was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Sheila was very informative with everything to do with the garden flat & surrounding area. When we arrived we found scones tea / coffee & milk in the fridge. A lovely touch. Walking distance to restaurants & pubs & good public transport if you don’t want to use your car. Parking outside on road was easy as there were plenty of places. Would recommend Sheila’s garden flat & definitely stay again if in the area .

The place was amazing, the appliances were amazing the place were clean fresh and smelt amazing, the bedroom was spotless and it was amazing the bedding smelt like daisy’s which my girlfriend enjoyed and the shower was amazing but i would recommend staying here and I know I’m definitely staying here again

We had a lovely weekend stay at the apartment. It was lovely and clean, homely, had everything we needed! It was also close by to the station and city centre which was perfect! The host was very reliable, and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️

The flat was beautiful. Clean, quiet, warm, comfortable, private, well-equipped and within short walking distance of so many of the highlights of Harrogate. Joost responded quickly to any questions that I had and I genuinely loved the place. If ever again in Harrogate, I'd look to see if the flat was available! I'd highly recommend staying there.

Paul is a good host he contacted us after we arrived to ask if everything was ok . We received all our instructions the day before our arrival date instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. We wanted a house in a particular area of Harrogate to be near family and this was perfect. There were 2 of us but plenty of space with 2 good sized double bedrooms. Immaculate clean and neatly furnished. Decoration was restful and attractive with fresh flowers and a lovely Easter wreath on the front door . The house is set in a neat courtyard which is extremely quiet, especially at night. The owners have equipped the house extremely well and there was tea/coffee/milk and biscuits etc which were very much appreciated after a long drive. Attention to detail was amazing. Communication with Petra was extremely efficient. We could not fault this property and would willingly stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Melissa was nice and easy to talk to, place was very easy to check in.

We loved our stay at Lynn's house! Lovely little spot on a quiet street, close to the river as well, which makes for a nice riverside stroll into the city centre. Lynn was a very accomodating host, and if we ever return to York, we know where we'll be staying!

From the moment I saw at the listing it looked incredible. There was brilliant detail and care put into everything from facilities and amenities to things to do in the local areas. Helen is lovely and very responsive and takes great care in making sure your stay will be the best it can be. The guest house itself is relaxing and comforting with plenty of space to facilitate your needs. The location itself is stunning and full of things to do and see (especially if you follow Helen's guide). Put in short, this is one place I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a relaxing and peaceful place, with lovely hosts and a plethora of things to do and see.

Excellent, situated on a very quiet street well within easy walking distance of central York and , for our visit, within walking distance of the University campus. The house was decorated beautifully and was immaculate top to bottom. Although we had only one car there is off the street parking for two. Thoughtful additions like good fluffy towels, soaps, comfy beds, a well kitted kitchen with complimentary tea, coffee, milk and a lovely garden should you have time to relax. We could not fault it, one of the freshest, cleanest and tidiest places we have ever encountered. 5 stars and 5 happy smiling guests.

Me and my family had a great stay here, nice peacefull area just outside city centre. House was perfect for our needs, and was exactly as shown in the photographs. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to host a family or group of friends in Leeds!

My trip to York was my first solo trip so I wanted a nice space to come back to and this Airbnb was ideal. Its about a 20-25 minute walk along the river to get to the main town centre but there are buses as well. The Airbnb itself was lovely, checking-in was easy and the space had everything you could need. Before my trip, Sule sent me a list of recommendations for where to go for a drink/food and all instructions for check-in/out were very clear. Overall a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend

Everything was perfect, just what we wanted! Great location, nice and peaceful, but easy walking distance into the centre of Ripon. The flat was beautiful with everything we needed; plenty of storage space (if you were staying longer than a few days) and a fantastic shower! Plus having a private outdoor space was ideal too, especially with the spring sunshine we had. The ideal spot for reading and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of York. It’s a unique property opposite the shambles and you can be at a great cafe, restaurant or pretty much any part of the historic centre within 10 minutes of leaving the front door. We loved the decor too - it felt loved, instead of a generic holiday let. We travelled with our 5 year old so she took the main room as she goes to sleep a little earlier than us. She slept very well in there. We took the sofa bed which is really easy to set up. There is a little noise from the communal entrance and people above, as well as outside on the Saturday night (which is to be expected and not the fault of the property or host at all) - but maybe pack earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We had a great trip, thank you Jenny.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Wonderful apartment and Rebecca was fab. There wasn’t much to ask but when I did she responded within a few minutes. Stunning apartment with everything you could ask for including location and views of the York Minster. We will be back !

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location, an easy walk into the centre. There was a lovely welcome pack which was much appreciated! Bed was very comfortable and it was peaceful at night. Very clean apartment with everything you need!

Phill was extremely helpful with effective communication. He accommodated for my request and decorated the apartment for a birthday. The place itself was lovely too, I would definitely recommend 😊
