une villa parfaite, avec une situation parfaite juste quelques mètres de l'océan et de la ville et d'un quartier bien agréable l'accueil et le suivi par Irish est formidable et parfait. cette villa permet un repos profond et à des qualités top allez y sans retenue car elle vous permet d'être comme chez vous avec en plus une petite rue hyper calme restaurant à côté familial et prêt à toujours rendre service ( challenge hut) piscine impeccable et une eau parfaite si nous pouvions m'être 10 étoiles, nous le ferrions avec sincérité. 👌👍👏

I spent 2 nights with my wife at Prabodi's wonderful establishment. It had every amenity as mentioned in the description. It was walking distance from the Mirissa Beach, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. With peacocks and friendly dogs nearby, as animal lovers we had a fantastic time here! Prabodi was an extremely proactive and nice host. She helped us with extremely helpful tips on places to go to, with kitchen amenities and for cab services (for a discount) to nearby cities. Can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Prabodi :)

Exceeded expectations. Would give 6 stars if I could. Great beach, great people, great food, great room!

Gaia Soul was actually the reason we wanted to go to Sri Lanka. And — (even though we never travel to the same places again) Gaia Soul will be the reason we have to go back. The pool and the skate ramp were so much fun. There are a lot of different hang out zones, so you will always find a comfortable spot. The place is so tidy and clean at all times. The exterior is really nice with the concrete and the orange and pink flowers. The garden areas are taken care og daily. There is a beautiful beach 5 minute walking distance. 
You can order food all day from the neighbour restaurant, that serves delicious traditional Sri Lankan food. (You have to try the curry with coconut sambol and the breakfast pancakes) Sanduni and her team will take care of you from you arrive until departure. We had two morning yoga sessions with Sarka. She is a great yoga teacher. It felt so special to just walk to the open jungle yoga studio in the beautiful wild surroundings. Thank you so much Baxter!

We had a lovely stay in the Ocean cottage! We really appreciated the pool, sunbeds and view! It was a really peaceful and calm surrounding. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and a smaller kitchen and dining area and also very friendly caretakers. We didn’t get the private chef but had good restaurants near by!

Beste Erfahrung EVER! Das Haus ist schonst der Hammer. Der Strand ist zwar nicht direkt am Haus, aber wirklich nicht weit. Super sauber alles und am Strand waren wir fast ganz allein. Toller Beach Break zum surfen und bestimmt auch für kleine Kinder da sehr flach. Das beste jedoch an der Unterkunft ist Chaminda: wie so oft machen die Personen den Unterschied und er ist wirklich beeindruckend! Jedes seiner Gerichte war vorzüglich, er war stets da aber immer im Hintergrund. Ein wirklich sehr sehr netter Mensch und ein Profi seines Handwerks. All the best to you and your Family!

Shamil var väldigt trevlig och enkel att kommunicera med. Boendet ligger centralt och nära både strand och huvudgatan med restauranger och supermarket. Vardagsrummet är lite mörkt utan fönster men stora altandörrar till balkongen. Vi var mestadels ute hela dagarna ändå.

Es war alles super! Eine richtig tolle, moderne Wohnung. Wir haben die letzten Tage unserer Reise eigentlich nur am Pool verbracht und sind nur zum Essen rausgegangen. Alles auch wirklich sehr sauber. Das einzige zur Lage ist, dass die Wohnung zwischen Gleisen und ner Straße liegt. Es ist also laut. Das war uns nicht bewusst. Man gewöhnt sich aber immer an alles. Würden wiederkommen!

Muhudu Niwasa is a slice of heaven and we loved our 10 day stay here as a family of 4, (2 adults, 2 kids). All coms before arrival were fantastic, and the team on the ground, which is run by Pradeep, who look after you whilst there were also faultless, kind, and helpful. The house is what I would refer to as "stripped-back, or no frills" luxury, and the photos are true to what to expect and it was perfect for what we were after. What makes this place so great though, is the garden/beach/pool setting. Its a great location also, whilst swimming directly on the beach in front of the house is not advised, you only need to walk 100m up the beach to find a safer spot. The kids loved the pool, the monkeys that come to visit in the garden, the odd lizard and frog on the ground, and endless coconuts from the palm trees in the garden. The food was also yummy, and there are a lot of beach restaurants nearby to try out also, our favourite was Cinnabar up the road.

Wonderful Villa. One of the most beautiful properties I've visited. My partner and enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the beautiful scenery. The beach was super close, however make sure you don't leave your belongings unattended, there were multiple occasions where we would find a man hiding in the trees trying to grab them. Also, be very careful swimming in the ocean, the waves pick up very quickly and you could easy get stuck in the riptide. Other than that, the Villa was amazing and clean. The host was responsive and very friendly and Mango the cat was a wonderful companion.

Merveilleux séjour en famille !! La villa est exceptionnelle, la situation est parfaite, a proximité de restaurants et dans le quartier résidentiel de Mahdia a Mirissa ( a mon avis, le meilleur endroit pour séjourner). La présence d'Indika durant le séjour rend le séjour mémorable. extrêmement gentil, attentionné et discret il lui tient a cœur que les voyageurs puissent passer un séjour d'exception. Grâce a ces conseils et son aide durant le séjour nous avons pu nous relaxer et profiter au maximum de nos vacances en famille. Merci encore Indika !! Bella et Gaston les deux chiens de la maison sont également très discrets et sympathiques. Bref, Tout était parfait

Super flink vært der hjalp os med at booke transport både til og fra huset. Dejligt hus med smuk gårdhave, med lækker pool. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme Prisen er i den høje ende, men det er også et lækkert sted. Bemærk at huset er delt i 2. Så der er 2 ens 2 personers huse der hænger sammen. Giver god mening hvis man er 4 personer, men vi var kun 2, så halvdelen af stedet brugte vi ikke rigtig selvom vi godt kunne have brugt mere plads med kufferter og barn :) Anbefaler både huset og værten.

Es war wunderschön, noch viel besser als beschrieben! Die Villa war bei unserer Ankunft im makellosem Zustand und wir wurden sehr freundlich durch Sunethra und Pamoda empfangen, die sich jederzeit um alles kümmern und viele Tipps geben können. Die Villa entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und es ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Es gibt einen 24 Stunden Security-Service der das Grundstück und die Einfahrt bewacht. Dadurch ist die Privatsphäre leider nicht zu 100% gegeben. Die Villa liegt schön ruhig in einer Wohngegend, direkt am Meer, ist aber nur ein paar Tuk-Tuk Minuten von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (inklusive Wine Store) und allem was man braucht entfernt. Wir hatten eine wirkliche traumhafte Zeit in der Villa und haben jede Sekunde mehr als genossen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles... Leider wird momentan gegenüber wohl ein Hotel errichtet.

Une villa bien placée a deux pas de l'océan, avec une belle piscine et et une grande cuisine bien équipée pour ceux qui veulent se faire du bon poisson frais acheté au marché en revenant des très belles plages autour de Tangalle... nous avons adoré notre séjour...trop court... Car notre arrivée à Mirissa ( trop touristique) nous fait déjà regretter Tangalle.... Nous aurions dû séjourner plus longtemps chez Sergey, car en plus nous avons eu un excellent accueil de Suresh et son épouse 👍 Bref, nous recommandons fortement cet endroit 🙏. Par contre, si vous voulez découvrir les alentours, il vaut mieux être motorisé ( tuk tuk ou scooter)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der White House Lodge sehr genossen. Wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt in der grosszügigen Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die schöne grosse Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Janaka und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben interessante Gespräche geführt. Unsere beiden gleich alten Söhne haben sich angefreundet, vielleicht eine Freundschaft fürs Leben? Das Internet funktioniert sehr gut, perfekt um zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Janaka hat unsere Ferien mit Tipps für Ausflüge bereichert. Sewwandi hat sehr lecker für uns gekocht, vielen Dank dafür! Preis-Leistung ist top! Wir kommen wieder.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend! We were four adults staying here for 3 days and our time flew by. The property is located on a stunning, pristine beach. Aside from fishermen in the morning and a spattering of tourists, we had the beach to ourselves for most of the day. The property looks just like the photos - nice rooms and a swimming pool which the staff cleaned daily. A highlight of our stay was the home cooked food. We had fantastic Sri Lankan meals thanks to the villa's team. Only major complaint was the lack of outdoor umbrellas - we had to keep moving our lounge chairs to follow the shade from the trees throughout the day. Also we were able to enjoy swimming but note that the waves on this beach can be deceptively powerful - be careful if you have kids.

We had an unforgettable stay in Kalametiya, Sri Lanka, at this stunning beachfront villa with an amazing garden. The house is brand new and beautifully designed, with a private pool and a small splash pool perfect for our young children (2 and 4 years old). Everything looked so nice, and the attention to detail was impressive. Dinesh (house manager) and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The breakfast and dinners were delicious, and we ended our trip with a fantastic beachfront BBQ. We even enjoyed a relaxing massage in the garden—truly a special experience. The villa is in a more secluded location, with not many restaurants nearby, except for the seafood restaurant across the street, which serves amazing food. If you're looking for a peaceful escape, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax. We had a wonderful time and can’t thank Dinesh and his team enough for their incredible hospitality. We truly hope to return one day!

Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce. Czyste, komfortowe, w ustronnym miejscu z daleka od hałasu. Bardzo dużo miesjca do wypoczynku w kilka osób. Na miejscu cały czas jest osoba, która pomaga w razie potrzeby. Cudowny basen. Na miejscu kuchnia do dyspozycji, w razie potrzeby także kucharz. Bardzo fajne miejsce dla osób, które cenią sobie komfort, ciekawy design i odrobinę luksusu w Azji. Nie ma klimatyzacji na miejscu, bo willa jest w otwartej formie i to może komuś przeszkadzać

The apartment was both beautiful and cozy, with a complete style and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect - quiet, yet close to restaurants and attractions. It was also good value for money, especially considering the standard and facilities included. All in all, a great place that we would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic 10-day break at this beautiful villa. The setting is amazing, overlooking the infinity of the Indian Ocean, with the calming sound of the crashing waves. The sea was too rough for a swim but the beach was perfect for a walk. The garden is lovely, the pool is a welcome escape from the heat and the house itself is spacious enough for everyone not to be in each other's way. We had so much fun during our stay - massages in the garden, wandering the neighbourhood and meeting the locals, visiting nearby beaches (Dickwella beach was our favourite, especially with young kids), safari, releasing baby turtles in the sea, boat trips, etc.... Last but certainly not least - the lovely staff. The hospitality offered by Suneetha, Ajith and Ari was truly special. They are all lovely and looked after us so well. Apart from the delicious food they prepared daily, they arranged our trips, transport, etc. It was hard to leave and tears were shed at the end. We'll be back, for sure!

Great stay and great place. We ended up extending our stay. It was value for the price paid.

Villa is really nice! Property well maintained. Guardians can arrange everything what you need. They made us 2kg fresh lobster for only 40$. We are a filming company and wanted to make a story about the son of the guardians (he is a fishermen) went on see with him to catch some fish and filming his life story. Tuk tuk’s are available at the property gate. Ocean is in front. There are some cool bars nearby like: the doctors house. Ruzaik arranged our PCR testing for our return flight and we didn’t had to cue for hours!!! Big plus!
