An eclectic Villa in the midst of nature and tranquil surroundings. The Villa spotless clean with great individual furniture in all rooms. Great verndah to sit and soak in the surroundings. Nice pool with loads of privacy. Asanka the caretaker is very responsive and discreet and keeps the place ticking . Kanthi rustles up some amazing cuisine whether for breakfast , lunch or dinner … short distance to the beach and restaurants etc … Highlight was the in house dog Patsy .. in all a perfect getaway !! Well done Olivia for making it a home away from home…

Notre meilleur logement en 6 semaines au Sri Lanka. C'est très calme, le train à côté ne nous a pas du tout dérangé ni réveillé Chambre très agréable, avec tous l'équipement nécessaire, c'était parfait. Le jardin est magnifique, paisible, très agréable, le bassin est parfait pour se rafraîchir. La cuisine est très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour prendre le petit déjeuner, c'était parfait pour se rassembler en famille. Tout est entretenu chaque jour, tôt le matin, sans même que l'on s'en rende compte. Les hôtes sont ultra attentionnés : scooter, sortie bateau, conseils, plateaux de fruits, ils nous ont même apporté des crêpes un matin, au moindre soucis ils étaient présents, ils ont vraiment pris soin de nous du début à la fin. Je vous recommande vivement cet hébergement, c'est d'une très grande qualité, le meilleur rapport qualité prix que l'on a vu au Sri Lanka.

The property itself felt like a warm hug. Surrounded by lush paddy fields, a lotus pond, and vibrant greenery, it offered breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset. 🌻 The design combines comfort and charm, with spacious rooms, an efficient kitchen, and thoughtful touches like a washing machine. Mornings were magical—waking to birdsong and the golden glow of sunrise over the fields. Evenings, with fiery sunsets and calm breezes, were equally enchanting. The caretaker added to the experience with warm smiles and traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts. Hasitha even arranged a visit to his brother’s tea plantation—a memorable highlight. Two days weren’t enough. This wasn’t just a stay; it was a soul-refreshing experience we’ll always treasure. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace and authenticity ❤️✨

Eranga war ein unglaublich freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber. Schon bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön – sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren die tierischen Besucher: Ein Pfau kam uns besuchen, was ein magisches und unvergessliches Erlebnis war! Die gesamte Atmosphäre war einfach fantastisch. Wir können diesen Ort und Eranga als Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Chari and Noa’s cottage on the lake for one night and it was perfect. The landscape is stunning, with views of the lake and a big infinity pool in the garden. Plenty of space for socialising plus the rooms were big and airconned. It also comes with in house butlers who were kind enough to help us with anything we might need, including serving us Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast which were both huge and delicious! Hosts were super helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We hebben hier met ons gezin 2 nachten geslapen en het was heerlijk! Het personeel was vriendelijk en stonden constant voor ons klaar. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de badkamers waren schoon. Naast het strand aan het huis waren andere stranden dichtbij en makkelijk bereikbaar (met scooter +/- 6 min). Restaurants in de omgeving waren ook top.
