Over the years my family has stayed a many houses across the globe and we can say without a doubt this is one of our absolute favorites. This is our second stay and I can not say enough good things about the house, it’s amazing location and views as well as the amazing hosts. My family absolutely loves this property.

Neil's place is magical and a perfectplace to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary with our family. The whole home is so well kept, from the beautiful gardens to the treasures and novalties throughout the house. It was homely and artistic at the same time, which was amazing. They obviously take great pride in hosting and everything was thought of from plenty of the basics to the little things like umbrellas, fluffy cushions, books, cds, bath robes, all the way down to a hand juicer for our lemons. The kids loved the kayaks and we loved the peace and quiet. You couldn't ask for more and we will definitely book again. Thank you so much!

My parter, 6 month old son and myself enjoyed our stay. Good location and right around the corner from a great coffee shop. The only downfall that we found, was the fact that the property is one of two connected units. The wall was really thin and we could hear talking, all footsteps and the TV of the neighbours. Didn't overly effect our stay, was just a little annoying and something to note.

Myhaven is a beautiful place to stay at on Straddie absolutely stunning views and a great location. Nicole sends through lots of recommendations which were really helpful.

George is a wonderful and gracious host! His place has everything you need in a private setting. His communications are very informative, making everything from checking in to checking out very easy. Thanks again George for making our stay wonderful.

Melissa is a wonderful, friendly and welcoming host who responded to our enquiries promptly with clear instructions etc. Beautifully presented home in a great quiet location. Interesting gardens, plants and landscaped yard also provided adequate privacy. Appreciated the thoughtful range of bathroom products provided with plenty of towels, pillows and blankets, pool toys etc. Kitchen had all the appliances you could want and appreciated the great range of coffees, teas, spreads and pantry items provided. The welcome gift packs were enjoyed by all of us and our dog! A really lovely holiday home - will definitely book again when we can. Helen

Our stay at Karen's home met with our entire expection from check in to check out. Karen went out of her way to welcome us into the home and was very flexible with her check in procedures, ensuring we could relocate with a minimum of fuss. Throughout our stay, she was easily contactable, but at the same time did not bother us unnecessarily, which we really appreciated. When a small problem did arise, she was quick to respond and between herself and her partner Dan, we were quickly sorted and on with our lives. At check out, her expectations were few and very reasonable, making that process as painless as the initial check in. The location of her home is ideal for a range of activities, especially dog walking and was only a couple of minutes walk to the local shopping centre. As normal residents of Bribie Island, we were able to maintain our normal routines with very little disruption. All in all, it was an excellent stay and one we are delighted to have enjoyed.

Lisa is an excellent host, and would recommend her and this property to other Guests. The property itself would happily support the 12 Guests advertised with a number of living/entertainment areas together with Pool Table and Swimming Pool.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The aspect from the pool, and the pool itself was an absolute highlight, being beautifully clean, lovely lack of chlorine. I swam multiple times a day. Overall the house was very comfortable with a lovely deck, the green and quiet surroundings and a comfortable beds. The ceiling fans and aircon kept any excessive heat from being unpleasant. We would LOVE to stay here again. Thanks to Kirsty for providing such a wonderful stay.

Kylie was so helpful right from when I booked, even asking for our preference and buying two different bottles of milk. We were offered an earlier check in which was unexpected and absolutely wonderful. The house was just great, the kids enjoyed the pool, the kayaks and the games provided. Thank you so much. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the bbq was perfect. We loved everything. Thank you so much.

Sheri's place was perfect for what our family required. The house itself is spacious with 2 lovely decks, a comfortable lounge room & bedrooms giving privacy located around the house. It comfortably accommodated 9 guests & had 3 extra camp stretcher style beds. Sheri was awesome. Very responsive to messages & extremely kind & accommodating especially when we had to change our booking date, due to cyclone Alfred. I would recommend Sheri's place for any large group, looking to stay at Bribie Island.

The home is beautiful I say home because thats what it felt like but really well appointed. Bedding excellent so comfortable. Host Slav very responsive even when we called Sunday morning not knowing how to use stove even with manual. Bit of a digital home eg lights and fans but didnt take long to work out. Pool smaller than photos but big enough and deep. We needed nothing, inside or out, everything provided like lush towels and well stocked pantry of herbs spices oils and most importantly coffee icluding machine and all cooking and utensil paraphernalia you need. Wifi, all streaming services on tv, wifi. Cold water direct from fridge! Board games and recipe books. Kayaks and fishing rods! Close to beach. There is so much to discover in the area. Being dog friendly - huge bonus and property is well secured. We had 3 dogs which we were upfront about, wasnt a problem. Only wish we could have stayed longer. So much to explore in the area. The house is definitely more than acceptable.

Alli’s place is sparkling clean with new furniture and linen. It’s a pleasant walk to the beach at Bellara and there is a good range of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets not far away. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Alli!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The upstairs living/dining area is just lovely, - filled with light and a wonderful view. The kitchen is extremely well supplied with quality appliances and utensils. The bedrooms are comfortable, as are the beds. The house is well laid out, clean and wonderfully designed. The place is clean and well -maintained. Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous place to enjoy a Straddie holiday. We hope to be back one day.

Excellent house in a fantastic location. The accommodation was very clean and tidy and all in great working order. The host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house to others looking for a family holiday.

Views are amazing ! Plenty of space for a large group. Well equipped. Comfy beds. The Air Con was struggling but it was a very hot weekend in Feb. We had a great family gathering, fished and swam in the water out the front. So nice :-)

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stuart's Eclectic home. When we arrived we were greeted by a kangaroo in the back yard and had multiple bouncy visitors throughout our stay, as well as some beautiful kookaburras and curlews. It's so close to all the beaches and shops and walking trails, we walked or rode our bikes predominantly. Had a heatwave while we were there so the house was warm in the upstairs living areas in the afternoon as others have mentioned. A great comfortable beach shack and a lovely way to experience the beauty of what Stradbroke Island has on offer.
