Totally recommended. The unit is at 10th level, so its high enough for mosquitoes invasion. The door to balcony can be opened, as do the small window in the right top corner. That way we can enjoy the scenery and also the natural air, not just the air-con'ed air... Cleanliness of this unit is top notch. The downside is...well...the apartment itself...Can you imagine there's a Lobby in the Basement area...? Yup, it's this apartment...Since its in the basement area, expect no internet, unless you use the apartment WiFi... No such luck for the delivery guy tho...so you need to be proactive and fast or just let the delivery guy put yours in the consignment area...Either way, a small minus compared to the plus side this unit can offer.

The location at Gold Coast was safe with a great view. However, we were concerned about traveling in Jakarta after 6 pm, as all Grab drivers kept saying it wasn’t safe. But yeah Gold Coast is safe at night aswell

Lucky’s house was great. Worth the money. + internet hi speed +playstation works well +premium equipment +easy to find trash bin every where +modern interior +secure cluster (I saw security go around many time every day) +air conditioner super cool +working area so comfortable (the chair) - check in time 3 pm, but I was check in at 4.10pm

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

We had a pleasant stay at Hadi's place, with ample amenities, a comfortable bed, and a quiet neighborhood. The location is very strategic for business or events at ICE BSD. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 10-minute drive. There are also ample space and amenities for quality time with family. Thank you!

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Flexible and early check-in was offered by the host, and it was nice for us! They had inventory list on the room so we can check what we can use in every room. Spacious bedroom, nice for 8 people max. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Very strategic area. It was a nice stay!

2 minggu tinggal disini, sangat menyenangkan. semua fasilitas lengkap, seperti rumah sendiri. Tuan rumah pun sangat responsif. Saya akan menginap lagi disini di lain waktu^^

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.
