A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

It was absolutely wonderful staying at Joanne's home. It was very comfortable and loved the outdoor firepit. Very peaceful and lovely home. We would love to come back again for another visit.

The location for this house is beautiful! We loved the private dock and spacious backyard. We stayed in late March so it was a bit cold some days but we still had a great time using the provided Kayaks and sitting on the dock and watching the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect to have some s'mores nights around the firepit. The hosts were VERY responsive. The few times I had questions they replied within minutes and were very accomodating with our requests. They were very proactive with instructions and generously mentioned a foldable crib for the infant in our group - although we had our own that we used. The kitchen had all of the dinnerware and cookware that we needed for the meals that we made. The living areas were open and inviting. It was perfect for our group. One thing to watch for is the very steep driveway. It took a few times to get used to. We would definitely stay there again when we visit our family in the area.

We find this gem of a place for Thanksgiving with just my family of 5. The home was absolutely warm and welcoming. We all had plenty of room to spread out, relax and unwind and gather together for our meals. The home was cozy, had all the amenities you needed without clutter. The home had beautiful light all throughout and every light switch was labeled ( that is a big deal for host to do). Our host very thoughtful, responsive in her communication with us. We even had chance to utilize the hot tub n the evening and you looked to a beautiful sky. The property was very private and the neighborhood was very serene which backed to the creek.

I had the most amazing weekend stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing time away. What really made the stay special was how accommodating the host was for our dog. They made sure we had everything we needed for his comfort, and there were even some thoughtful dog-friendly touches around the property. The location was also ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind with friends or family, and it’s perfect for pet lovers too!

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

Maria’s space was a perfect getaway! The house is clean and welcoming! They even had pet bows and toys which I thought was so sweet! Maria was very kind and responsive and gave a lot of great recommendations ! We had Brenda come to the house for a private dinner, and she was also amazing ❤️ 10/10 would stay here again

We absolutely loved Chhaya’s place and our stay in Chincoteague! The house is centrally located and walkable to many restaurants/playgrounds and just a short drive to the beach, Wildlife Reserve, and more. The hosts are super responsive, friendly, and answered my (many :) ) questions throughout our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing stay at Brad’s house! The location was perfect and our families enjoyed sharing the space! Looking forward to our next adventure in Deltaville!

This house was perfect for our group. We had 12 staying and there was a room for everyone. We enjoyed all the amenities and spaces. We booked this place because of its remote location as we planned on spending our time together in one place. We enjoyed the movie theater, the gym and the bar area in the back building. The views are beautiful and peaceful as well! We truly loved this property! Couple of notes, Be careful on spiral staircase, we did have one small slip there, but not the first time our group has experienced this. Since we booked to stay on/inside property all weekend together, we cooked our own food. In addition to being beautiful, the oven is an old school gas stove. It is tricky to use and also on the smaller side. Once we figured it out, we managed. Just something to consider if you plan on cooking.

Overall it was great stay. Laura was ready to accommodate my group of 22 ppl and had ample space. It was quiet and private place and we enjoyed the weather a lot. Clean place

Christine was a wonderful and very responsive host. The stay was really wonderful for a last minute trip with my husband. The house is walking distance to many restaurants on the island and you can walk a short distance to the sound side of the island. The shower is on the main floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Theres a small bathroom on the second floor which was very convenient. The house was incredibly charming and well air conditioned. The bed was incredibly comfortable - we would stay here again!

Melanie was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Her place is very peaceful, cozy, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen, dining room, and living room is all open which we loved. We could all be together wherever we were. The beds were comfortable. We went for a beach vacation and we weren’t disappointed. The beaches we went to are so clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay at Melanie’s house again if we’re in the area.

We love the house 🏠 clean decoration beach team. We loved the fire pits for roasting s’mores the kids love the corn hold game. Lots of trees private. The views from the deck on the lake was calming. Definitely would stay again. Host was very good responsive and friendly.

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

Rich & Yumiko provided an ideal backdrop for our family get together. The outdoor spaces were serene, tranquil, and well appointed with plenty of props for activities. The inside spaces were fully equipped with the most comfortable & pampering amenities. The house was beautifully decorated. The many details - often overlooked in rentals - were the highlight of the home. Thank you, Rich & Yumiko! Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and creativity was very much appreciated! We hope to return.

Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. Great, Fantastic place where you can Kayak, Play in the water & private beach. Relax in Hot tub (Jaccuzzi) listening to music. Indoor games and Mini theatre with decent sound. Night at the firepit with clear sky and under the stars. we experienced all the things at this place. Dana & Nicholas are very responsive and they are maintaining the place beautiful.

The house was very nice, it was cleaned very well when we got there and there were plenty of amenities for everyone. The beach is accessible with maybe a two minute walk. The area is pretty, we saw horseshoe crabs and jellyfish at the beach, and the neighbors are friendly. The jellies can sting, but the kind of jellyfish here are painless enough that I initially thought I got bumped into by a floating stick, and the locals at the beach completely ignored the one in the water. The nearby restaurant/bar stays pretty busy, but it’s really nice as well.
