The place is certainly as described in the picture! Sean and Natasha were really a superhost.. very friendly and helpful since the get go.. the instructions were clear, with superb hospitality... The surrounding is serene with lush greenery, the units are well kept and clean and the salt water pool is the highlight of all! my family certainly enjoyed the experience at Casugria and will surely return in future with bigger group!

I booked two rooms at silverscape for my friend and I and Ivy’s room were significantly better than the other one from ease of checkin to cleanliness to facilities and responsiveness…. Very good and hope I can come back again. ..

Ivy's place has easily been a stand out in our AirBnB experiences to date. Ivy is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. From clear and easy instructions, to helpful local tips and everything in-between. The apartment itself is exactly as described and shown in the photos with the view being an absolute highlight! Pool on the 13th level always has amazing views, lovely and warm and crystal clean. Gym is basic but sufficient. All the staff are friendly. wlWe stayed for 4 weeks and loved it so much took another of Ivy's apartments for a further 4 weeks. if we come back to Melaka, will definitely be booking again.

We loved the premises as it was nicely decorated and clean. The aircons were powerful yet silent and cooled the large space quickly to make our stay there very comfortable. The only issue we encountered was the low water pressures that make showering quite cumbersome and slow. While the location is great for those looking for privacy and peaceful surrounding, it posed a problem for our group as we came on motorcycles and this being the rainy season in the year end, we wanted to commute around in taxis but it was quite a challenge to get taxis in the area.

Easy to locate, nice and clean apartment to stay at. Water is given as well. Definitely coming back to stay if I travel up to Melaka again.

A bit of confusion occurs on the correct location of the unit but en Syamsul is quick in answering my call. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is complete with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and even a rice cooker. Beds are comfy but i wish there were more pillows in each bedroom. The condo is cool and cozy, maybe because it is situated on a hill. The pool was easily accessible and not too crowded with people. Restaurants and convenient stores is just around 5-10 mins drive. Will definitely opt for this place the next time I'm in Malacca.

Homestay terbaik yang pernah saya duduk. Rumah yang besar, yang sangat penting ialah disetiap bilik ada bilik air sendiri macam bilik hotel tapi biliknya besar. Owner Mr. Jerry sangat² lah mesra dan memudah urusan untuk masuk ke homestay. Ada kolam renang yang sangat bersih & besar untuk dewasa & kanak².

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful & peaceful place. The house very clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. There were plenty of mattresses if you hv a big family. We ordered breakfast, lunch & tea on 1st day the food was delicious. For dinner we had a bbq which the host supplied charcoal and got someone to fire it up for us. The house is near a few shops, easy to get supplies & the famous Ikan bakar Sg Duyong was 12 minutes by car. Enjoyed our stay and hope to cone here again !

It’s a wonderful stay in this beautiful & well equipped home. All what we need for a weekend or holidays staycation are available. We enjoyed the stay very much and will comeback in future.

Sangat berpuas hati. sesuai utk keluarga kecil atau group kecil utk tinggal. cuma tiada peti ais dan aircond tp malam cuaca sejuk so selesa utk tidur

Clean house with 4 big rooms. Very comfortable mattress and pillow. Comfortable stay for family. The host very responsive. Superb.

Friendly and responsive host

The place is clean, and roomy. Everything works as you expect and the host is prompt in replying. It’s perfect if you need the space (4 spacious rooms) and privacy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Melaka.

definitely will be my go to homestay if i want to go tangkak.
