This Airbnb is absolutely fantastic and even better than described and seen on pictures. We were absolutely stunned by the beautiful pool and the privacy of this place. Everything super clean and Karen was absolutely amazing in helping us making our stay the best in the Philippines. We hope to be able to come back one day!

This place is good for a big family! Positive side Spacious living room Has 4 beedroom Nice toilet Kitchen has everything for cooking Towels and toiletries provided Clean linens Fast wifi, tv has netflix Has fan, aircon Refrigerator, microwave working Close to sibulan seaport and public market Affordable Negative side Hard to park (especially if d ka used to park backward) Naay dog lice (outside the house) Faucet inside cr (hinay) Overall: although during our stay kay nagbrownout nindot ra gihapon. Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

Zoals ik zei ; de directe omgeving is niet geweldig . Daar kan Josiah niks aan doen. Er veel afval rond het gebouw maar dat is een probleem waar heel Dumaguete mee kampt. Er wordt op andere sites gesproken van 50 meter van het "strand". Het ligt aan zee inderdaad wat een grote plus is qua frisse lucht maar het strand moet nog worden aangelegd. Als dat gebeurt heeft het gebied een grote toekomst . Ik ken de situatie want heb er eerder jaren gewoond . Verder natuurlijk de af en toe "brownouts" : wegens onderhoud kan dat zelfs een hele dag zijn . Al met al kan ik stellen ( ik ken de meeste hotels in Duma) dat verblijf in een appartement ( met restos echt vlakbij) een véél betere keus is dan een hotel. Josiah heeft de boel keurig voorelkaar en als wij weer gaan ( familie bezoek) dan zal het daar zijn .

Super place to stay as she is Great host as she made it outstanding and was just what i needed in starting my permanent stay as much better then any hotel as it may require transportation or pedicab but so close to everything whether the Dumaguete, or Bacong and even Valencia while being nestled in area filled with markets, places to eat etc. Great way to have western amenities of air con., hot shower, kitchen with pretty much all you need and be nestled in nature as pictures show everything as even as a disabled guy i was able to navigate well plus the security was fabulous with gate and locks. Highly recommend whether single, cpl. or small family.

One of the Coolest Places I’ve Ever Stayed Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Angèle was incredibly responsive and helpful—she provided a guide, assisted with our travels, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed, super aesthetic, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kayaks were available, there was a great pool, and of course, the beachfront was unbeatable. The scooter came in clutch for getting around. The place was also really spacious—perfect for bringing friends next time. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to stay longer! An absolutely incredible experience.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Valencia. The house is beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It has a chill and relaxing vibe and we felt really comfortable staying there. We loved that all the rooms have their own bathroom. The host is responsive and accommodating and the caretaker is nice and friendly. It’s a few minutes away from Forrest Camp, Mango Ranch and Tierra Alta.

I had a lovely stay at Nerfe's place in Dumaguete! The condo is cozy, clean, and in a secure location, which made my first visit to the Philippines a smooth and enjoyable experience. The instructions for check-in were clear, and the condo itself had everything I needed, including reliable WiFi. Nerfe was an exceptional host! She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. She provided great recommendations for tours and helped connect me with a driver (shoutout to Erick!) to visit Balinsasayao Twin Lakes and other scenic spots. Despite not feeling well at the start, she ensured everything was set up perfectly before my arrival.

When we arrive, we had a friendly welcome and we met Edelyn who was friendly and happy to help where she could. Due to the isolated location she let us hire her scooter to get around. There is one restaurant opposite but with limited opening hours. Unfortunately, one evening the place had closed before we managed to eat so we ended up eating pot noodle from the shack a few doors down. Unfortunately, we ended our trip with a bad taste in our mouth due to the fact the number plates on the motorbike being stolen. Edelyn took care of what needed to be done e.g reporting it to the police etc but insistent we paid for the inconvenience and replacement on the number plate as she had no insurance. Finally we agreed on a 50/50 split on the cost. Overall the accommodation was gorgeous and clean. It looks like there is a beach front but it is a wall with a drop to the water, we didn’t see an accessible beach within the immediate area. Oslob is a 40 min scooter ride away and Moalboal 60 minutes
