Easy to recommend Chan and his place if you're staying in Penang. He is your local uncle who will give you all the food and activity recommendations. The accomodation was modern and spacious (1 bedroom, 2 bath, large living room, large kitchen, with washer/dryer) so it was easy to live there. We also liked how it was away from the older area so we could relax in a more modern area at night. The area itself is only a 10-min grab to Gurney Plaza and a bit longer into Georgetown so very convenient.

Großartige Lage, tolles Essen in der direkten Umgebung. Leider auch eine Moschee drei Häuser weiter, sodass die Gebetsrufe zu den üblichen Zeiten deutlich hörbar sind. Kommunikation sehr angenehm, alles sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern.

I enjoyed staying this unit in jazz suite. It is convenient location near Lotus supermarket and I can buy grocery to cook foods. Host provide me plenty of information around this place such as restaurants and George town. The unit linen is hotel quality that I want to point out.

Had my Raya stay with my big family. Everyone are happy with their room including my kids because of the bunk bed that they have in the master bedroom. Huge master bathroom. The host is very responsive and accommodating with all our needs. The staffs are just 1 call away, day and night. Abdul and Razak were helpful as well..
