Villa Magnolia is as beautiful as it's name - we spent a very relaxing 4days there. The house is large and spacious, with beautifully furnished rooms and Zanzibari beds, and great aircon. It's position is perfect, right on the beach, but set back a bit so you still feel very private, and easy walking to several great restaurants and local tour operators and dive centre. The staff that live behind the house are very pleasant and helpful, keot the garden looking beautiful, yet were discreet when we didn't need them, and we loved their 2 dogs who were very well behaved. Aiasha and Shafiq were helpful with local recommendations, flexible with our check in and out, and organised a very reliable taxi to collect us and drive us there, that we ended up using for our next few transfers and for a very interesting Spice Farm tour. Highly recommended!

Sissy was such a sweet and welcoming host. We felt right at home with her. She proactively tried to make our stay memorable and accommodate all our wishes. We thank her and her family for their great hospitality.

We only stayed one night; but would definitely come back and stay longer the next time we are in Moshi! The house was exactly as described; beautiful gardens, covered front porch with a nice breeze, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room. Our kids immediately settled down to play one of the board games while we unpacked. Fred was super friendly and responsive both before we arrived (to work out arrival and departure times and get a recommendation for airport taxi) and while we were staying. He left a helpful list of local numbers at the house (taxis, tuk-tuks, local restaurant, police station, hospital, etc) and went above and beyond helping us arrange a taxi for our group when one of the drivers didn't have Whats App. WiFi and electricity were reliable while we were there. The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. No early morning roosters like our house in Arusha! I can't believe this home is such a good value!

We absolutely enjoyed our month long+ stay at Aika’s beautiful home. We are a family of 4 with kids and had enough space in the house - our kids have never slept better. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and easy to navigate in. So many shops, restaurants and public transportation just close by. The house is well equipped, with a big garden and parking. Great Wifi, Hot water, functional washing machine, comfy/clean beds, big kitchen, clean bathrooms, all just great. We were so thankful for the weekly cleaning services organised by Aika. Her staff are very friendly and proactive. Aika is also super responsive and supportive. Highly highly recommend her home.

Staying here has been really healing for my husband and I! We’re really really happy and grateful and will come back in Sha Allah. We drove and finding the place was a bit tricky but Khamis sent us someone to the main road to guide us - so that was awesome! The water was very calm and felt like a pool - only better. If you’re a hijabi like me, you can politely ask if it’s possible to have men not hang out by the cliff so you can take off your headscarf and swim freely like I did. They’re all quite kind. 100/10 would recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Windsor House, and it was an incredible experience. One of the standout features is the expansive greenery surrounding the property; it's truly a picturesque setting that feels like a private oasis. The vast lawn is perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a relaxing day outdoors. The pool area was fantastic as well, providing a great spot for a refreshing swim and sunbathing. It added a delightful touch to our stay, making it easy to unwind and have fun. Our host was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also want to give a special shoutout to Venus, the care taker who was an amazing help throughout our time there. His assistance made our experience even more convenient.He’s truly one of a kind . Overall, I highly recommend Windsor House to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax and create lasting memories.

Such a beautiful and cheerful place. Local workers does the day to day work. They are happy to make a conversation and teach you swahili words. I spent a whole week and enjoyed every day. Takes a little time learning how to best use the daladala transport but this is a great way to meet locals and practice swahili.
