Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

We enjoyed our stay at Lilian’s place. The apartment is nice and comfortable. We felt right at home and decided to extend our stay. Getting around was easy by Uber and we love the community atmosphere. At the bottom of our apartment is a supermarket and across the street is a nice bar and lounge. We often hang there making friends with the locals. Walking the neighborhood also felt like home as we greet and interacted with the neighbors. Our housekeeper washed and cooked some delicious meals for us that we truly enjoyed. She’s such a lovely person. Lilian was always responsive and flexible to our needs. I would return here and recommend this place to anyone.

Michael was a great host. He was very helpful and flexible when we needed to extend our stay. The place is about 15 minutes walk from the main Tengeru road and it was really clean and comfortable. Esther, the manager, came to clean everyday and regularly changed the linen. She was very responsive and helped us whenever we had any issues. The kitchen was well equipped and there are several local shops where you can buy stuff to cook. The internet was fast for the most part and there are solar panels so we didn’t have any problems when the power went out.

Veronica and Susan, they are both wonderful hosts. They are always ready to solve and help any issues that may come up. There are minor issues with flat and Veronica visited to find out and solve immediately. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed staying your flat 😊

Savana’s place was beyond my expectations in terms of comfort but also style. Henceforth, if it is free, I’d like to use her beautiful place to stay whenever I am I Arusha.

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Auch wenn man mittig von Jambiani und Paje liegt, finden sich viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch lokale Verkäufer und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, und abgesehen der Algen auch schön. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr grün, weshalb man viel Privatsphäre hat. Und durch zwei Pools ist es auch nie "voll". Das Frühstück war super, mit Obst, Ei, Saft und Joghurt und Paola war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben über Paola eine Tour und einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen und hatten auch sonst eine schöne Zeit in der Nyumbani Residence. Die Unterkunft selbst hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, weshalb manchmal der Wohnraum etwas warm war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besonders Highlight sind die süßen Katzen von Paola!

One of my favorite Airbnb stays ever. Leah is a diamond who was there to help with anything I needed. Local recommendations, lifts and she organised a scooter for me to use to be able to get about. The flat is really nicely furnished and everything worked well. Her son and mum are also so friendly and make the stay feel homely. It’s close to the road that leads up to Arusha National Park and close to lake Duluti which is worth a visit. Loved my stay

Our stay at Agatha's place was an amazing experience from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and reliable in communication from the moment we made our booking, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The house was just as clean and well-maintained as advertised, situated in a safe area close to central locations and various activities. The caretaker was always available and eager to assist, adding an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The house was fully equipped with electricity, water, and air conditioning, all of which worked flawlessly throughout our time there. Agatha is a fantastic host who ensures her guests have a wonderful experience. Her place is beautiful, affordable, and safe—a perfect choice for anyone looking for quality and comfort. wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!

The place was easy to find, safe and secure and with easy reach to nice restaurant in the masaki peninsular. The host was always easy to reach and her response time was pristine. Would highly recommend this place and definitely staying on my next visit

Amazing apartment complex i enjoyed my time there, very family oriented and friendly. It’s near stores, restaurants, and a beautiful beach that I loved very much. The hosts are polite and friendly never had a complaint, I would highly recommend!!!

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! Miglior alloggio a Lushoto!! Una carinissima casa con tutti i comfort... tutta per noi. Vista sulla vallata, balconcino, doccia calda, cucina, e grandi spazi. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e sempre pronta ad aiutare. La posizione è perfetta. Eravamo preoccupati che fosse troppo centrale, o troppo lontana dal centro. Questa casa si trova lontano dal caos immersa nella natura, ma a 5 minuti a piedi dal villaggio di Lushoto!! IMPORTANTE: sul sito c'è scritto che si trova a 2km dal villaggio...ma c'è una piccola stradina in discesa che attraversa una scuola e due abitazioni, che vi permetterà di raggiungere il villaggio in 5/7 minuti! Tutto davvero perfetto!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Great apartment; spacious, and clean. Of note, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware; better than any Airbnb apartment I have stayed in in Dar. Washing machine good quality and hot water consistently available. I will choose this location when staying in Dar in the future.

The apartment is on a private compound with a lagoon pool, a playground and a common area with a work space. Perfect for remote work. Everything in the apartment is of great quality and in top condition, the staff at the facility is absolutely lovely and welcoming and there is a little balcony. I can definitely recommend staying there. It's a short walk to the beach and many, many restaurants just around the corner

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Une résidence sécurisée avec un personnel aimable et accueillant. L'appartement est très grand et convient parfaitement à une famille avec enfants comme nous ou à des amis. La vue est magnifique . Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Je recommande ce logement.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Beautiful and very homely appartment, I really wanted to simply move in. The place is designed to feel like home and it does a great job. It has everything you need, and the complex itself has a beautiful pool and is very secure. Christine’s appartment is super peaceful and she is the most accommodating host. She let me check in a little early and was very responsive when I had an issue with the wifi (which worked well for my whole stay). I would highly recommend this place as it felt like a vacation but with all my home comforts at the same time. Thank you!

The stay at Mars place was excellent. The place looked exactly like the images. It was very clean as well which I liked. Mars was a very responsive and helpful host and would highly recommend this place. It is a bit of a distance to get to stone town but if you are in no rush theres several available taxis and tuk tuks you can hire. Thanks Mars.

We enjoyed staying at Rashad’s place. It’s close to everything and just a walking distance to the beach. There are other restaurants around the place. Cleaners comes every morning if you want cleaning. Rashid is a nice person and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this place to other Airbnb community.
