Lodge is very ok, very clean and full of very sympathetic people. Apart of being hostel in nice clean lodge, we were provided with assistance 24/7, local guidance, nice breakfasts (Thanks mama Rachel). If you look for a secure and clean location this lodge is a great offer.

Forest, nature, a place built by hand with love and wisdom... Two different species of monkeys foraging in the tress above on the same tree as Hornbills.. this place is piece of magic. The perfect spot for meditation, writing, relaxing... letting nature heal you. One of my favorite Airbnb's of all time!

Super Fantastic Host Extraordinary. I am yet to meet any host of Carol’s capacity. Over and beyond that call of duty. I love to cook on holidays, Carol was my guide that took me to the local market, made sure I wasn’t reaped off by the locals. Went to two different markets. Helped to change currency at the local bureau de change. All around astonishing and outstanding ! Highly recommended and appreciated.

What a fantastic place nestled on the foothills of Mount Meru, perched on a hilltop, and surrounded by lush vegetation. Julian was a great and welcoming host. The fireplace made the place extra cozy.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Masai Mara! The villa looks exactly like the photos—if not better in real life. The location is unbeatable, right on a stunning beach with breathtaking sea views. One of the standout aspects is the dedicated staff, all included with the stay. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a cheerful "yes" to any request. This level of hospitality truly made a difference. The host was also exceptionally responsive, accommodating every request quickly and efficiently. The property could use a bit of maintenance, but it’s nothing that detracted from the overall experience. The villa and its location are simply amazing, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended!

Lavender House is beautiful, lush surrounding, homely with cosy insides. Lovely rosemary bush outside for some good tea. Is part of a coffee estate so if you happen to catch the sunrise as you prepare breakfast you're in for a treat.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le bungalow. Barbara nous a très bien accueillis et était à nos petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, l’endroit est paisible et la piscine très agréable. La plage se trouve à quelques minutes à pieds et l’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans toute l’île ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Die Unterkunft von Ulrich ist in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich und den weiten, etwas beschwerlichen Weg auf jeden Fall wert. Der Blick vom Haus auf den See ist zu jeder Tageszeit faszinierend, die Möglichkeiten zur Vogelbeobachtung großartig. Die Mitarbeiter vom Haus und der Lodge nebenan sind freundlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit. Nicht zu vergessen Sadi, mit dem wir einen wunderbaren Tag bei den Hadzas verbrachten. Im Dorf gibt es ein paar wenige Sachen einzukaufen, dennoch ist es am besten alles aus Karatu mitzubringen. Der Sundowner kann jedoch hervorragend vom Aussichtsturm von Kisima ngeda genossen werden.
