We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful homestay in Taiwan, and it truly felt like staying at a relative’s house. Our host, Gene, was fantastic. For example, one morning, he noticed that we hadn’t bought breakfast for ourselves and kindly brought us some delicious bread and fruits. He was very friendly, always proactive with recommendations, and took the time to ask about our day. He also made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The space itself was homely, calm, and clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. Gene provided clear instructions on how to reach the place, which made our arrival smooth. While the surrounding area may not be as bustling or touristy as Taipei’s main area, we personally really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Sanxia Market is nearby (within walking distance), and we spent an entire day there on Sunday. It can get quite crowded on weekends, but it's really interesting and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

It was very convenient for our location. It was helpful that I was familiar with the area and visited the apartment before guests arrived. It was exactly what we needed for our guests.

Lisa was a very good host. She was helpful and went out of her way to make us feel at home. We had hot water problems on the first night, but she came right over to fix them. Overall, we had a very good experience staying at her place. I highly recommend her place.

4層的公寓每層都有獨立廁所, 電視, 沙發, 水煲, 雪櫃, 很適合幾家人一齊旅遊或家族大旅行。 牙膏牙刷, 沐浴露洗頭水, 拖鞋毛巾一應俱全, 廁所還是我最喜歡的免治馬桶。 地理位置比想像中更優越，1, 2分鐘就到達西門町賣白苦瓜汁的地方及永和豆漿, 車子也能泊到門外, 運行李很方便。 屋內是工業風設計, 乾淨舒適而不會太易弄污, 住起上來不會有太大壓力。 有洗衣機, 乾衣機，超級方便。 屋主在我到達前2次幫忙接收包裹, 非常感謝!! 唯一美中不足，是電視機沒有頻道提供，看不到當地的電視

Such a homey apartment with all the amenities you need (as listed). Wonderfully well-maintained, even has multiple towels and rags to use. Surprised the bathroom has an in-built vent that has a clothes drying function so I could just air dry my clothes there. There was also a common dryer outside but didn't need to use that. Every week she would also put out water bottles and snacks free for all to grab. Beautiful and cozy apartment. Loved that it was so close to 2 convenient stores, many eateries and the metro station. Very responsive and friendly host too!

We stayed a week, the place is small but doesn’t feel cramped, and has everything we needed. It’s a very convenient location, walking distance to multiple buses and the MRT, yet also private and quiet, tucked away in an alley. Our host is very responsive and communicates well, we’re happy with our stay, will book again.

From beginning to end, Happy was extremely responsive and gave us all the info we required. Arranged our pick up from the airport at a very reasonable cost, cheaper than Uber when I checked. The accommodation is a little hidden away but this was not an issue as we had the hosts friend Parker aid our check in and show us around the property and the amenities, The property has been nicely refurbished, with new, clean and comfortable furniture but does sit within quite a dated apartment block as others have mentioned, which wasn't an problem for us. Each room has an ensuite which was convenient for a bigger group but is probably the one minor thing that let the property down from an aesthetic standpoint but i think the convenience outweighs this. From general searching of properties in Taiwan, and our experience with a lot of Asia, noise can be an issue. Szuting’s place was very nice and exactly as described. She was quick to respond when we had questions and provided helpful and clear instructions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is a super convenient location right at the MRT station. You can take a bus 1968 directly to and from the airport. The place is clean, we feel right at home. The only thing is the mattress is dated and uncomfortable, also the bedding can be better fitting. There is no jacuzzi by the way but the gym is nice.

I had a comfortable stay at this accommodation for a month without any inconvenience. It’s about 7 mins walk from Taipei Main Station, where you can access both the MRT and the airport rail, making transportation very convenient. While there aren’t many restaurants or attractions nearby. The space was very clean and comfortable. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that the surrounding noise isn’t well blocked, which sometimes disturbed my rest. Also, the touchpad on the building’s entrance door lock occasionally had trouble recognizing numbers.

家人回國住3星期，體驗很棒，房間非常乾淨，還有洗衣機洗脫烘，真的是幫助很大，離捷運站只需要12分鐘可到達，非常方便，7-11全家走路也只要2分鐘就可到達，面對問題房東非常細心有耐心，100分～家人說下次回來還要來這裡住👍

Great stay at the Cindy’s place, place was clean and comfortable.Very convenient to MRT station and Ximending shopping district, also a lot of convenience store and restaurant surrounding apartment. Cindy also a very kindliness and responsive host. Next time come to Taiwan will stay again. Highly recommended!

We couldn’t be happier with the location. It’s right across the street from Q Mall with many shops and restaurants. The mall connects to Taipei train station for MRT, high speed trains to airport and other cities. It’s walking distance to Ningxia night market and other attractions. The house is clean and comfortable. We felt at home. Will be back.

Walkable distance to Ximending with lots of great food options nearby the location! Only downside is the lift lobby and rubbish chute being quite dirty 😩 Host is very nice and responsive too! Stayed here 9 years ago when visiting Taiwan and back after 9 years!

Maggie's place was an amazing stay. It had all the amenities to make it your own little home while overseas. The room and bedsheets felt clean and comfortable. Maggie was also a great host, she was really responsive despite us contacting her at night.

Our family of five—parents in their 60s and three adult children in their 30s—had a wonderfully comfortable 4-day stay here. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ximending, directly in front of Don Quijote, making it incredibly easy to find and close to everything we needed. Jin was extremely responsive and kind, answering all our questions promptly even before check-in. The bedding was spotless and so comfortable—we all slept like babies. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Every corner of the space was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and we had zero complaints. We were initially a bit concerned about having only one bathroom for five people, but the toilet and shower are separated, which made it surprisingly convenient and manageable. For guests coming from Korea: don’t forget to bring an adapter. The host kindly provides drinking water as well. We’d love to stay here again the next time we visit Ta

Un appartement en résidence avec une très bonne localisation, avec différents transports, magasins, restaurants à proximité. Nous avons été également très bien accueilli par Joël, qui a toujours été très réactif et très arrangeant. Au niveau du logement, propre et fonctionnel. Petite proposition d’amélioration (éventuellement), peut-être que des rideaux phoniques pourraient limiter les quelques nuisances sonores dues au carrefour tout proche 😉
