A wonderful small hotel, tucked away from it all, but still in close walking distance to many major sites. The gentlemen there were so welcoming, especially the older gentleman who was so kind and couldn’t do enough to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were super clean and opulently decorated. The mattress was very firm however by western standards. The hotel courtyard is beautifully decorated and landscaped, and very private. They even allowed me to use the washing machine and hang my laundry. There is a great cafe in one direction, and a great restaurant in the other direction on the way to Registan Square. The bazaar is also very close. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tut était parfait ! L’endroit est super joli ! La chambre confortable et le petit déjeuner très bon. Tout le monde était très gentil et attentionné :)

В целом все хорошо, правда в начале немного заблудились так как точного адреса не было и хоз не сразу ответила, но после разобрались. Что касается самих комнат в целом все хорошо, но: это лично моё мнение подушки очень не комфортные, что даже пришлось спать без них, причем у нас у всех сложилось такое мнение, и в ванной очень мало места, вернее душевой укуплено не развернуться. В остальном все норм, завтрак порадовал.

Excellent séjour chez Ilxom et toute sa famille. Accueil chaleureux, hôtes aux petits soins, cuisine délicieuse et généreuse (👏 bravo à la cuisinière et encore merci pour la demonstration de la recette du plov), on souhaite en particulier beaucoup de réussite à Madjoulina dans ses études d'anglais, et pleins de bonheur à l'ensemble de la famille. The hosts here are great, responsive and ready to help out. We had an early check in which they kindly accommodated for, and they also let us store our things in the space as we had a late train out as well. The beds and accommodation as a whole are very clean, but lacks a few amenities like a stocked kitchen and table to eat at. The beds are quite hard with a plastic sheet underneath the bedsheet which was not very comfortable. But it’s amazing value for money, and the attentiveness of the hosts makes the accommodation worthwhile

Great location & wonderful host! Jafar was very helpful & accommodating during our stay. The place was clean & comfortable, and we enjoyed walking to the sites.

Stayed a couple of nights here, the apartment is quite spacious and perfect for short or long stays. There is a store just across the street for basic supplies. We used taxis to explore the local attractions, for those who are driving there is a parking available. Alisher was very responsive and quick to answer any queries. The apartment is quite kids friendly with some toys to keep the little ones engaged, Alisher kindly left a pram for us in the apartment which came in handy during our walks around the city. Would absolutely come back here when we are in Samarkand next.

Me encantó estar en el alojamiento de Ixtiyor. Todo muy limpio, cómodo , buen desayuno y la piscina deliciosa. Sólo que para ir y volver del alojamiento hay que tomar micro si no usas taxi. Pero, es ideal para ir a descansar, relajarse y pasar las altas temperaturas del verano. Muchas gracias por todo. Además, muy buena comunicación y siempre muy atentos. El personal muy amable. La señora del servicio de desayuno y aseo es encantadora. Gracias!
