Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pranaya war total freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Bad war absolut sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet und die Gegend war wunderschön. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und vermissen diesen Ort jetzt schon! Vielen Dank!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this cozy Airbnb in Patan. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, and the shower is absolutely wonderful! The rooftop is a real gem, offering a serene space to unwind while enjoying beautiful views of the city. The hosts truly go above and beyond, providing attentive and warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. I had a great stay in this apartment ! I could have stayed there for months because I felt so good in it. The sun coming into the accommodation is a very positive point during the winter, as well as the very pleasant rooftop ! The accommodation also has several warm blankets. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking. I also celebrated Christmas in this accommodation, in good company and we were able to cook without any problem. Aashraya was a great host, and also a guest for Christmas ! I will keep very good memories of my stay in Kathmandu, partly thanks to this superb place and the friendliness of Aashraya. 😀

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shristee's place! The apartment was more spacious than I expected, it was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, it was close to Jhamsikhel, with plenty of lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Communication with Shristee and her mom, Jayanti, was very easy. They were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or questions we had. Since we stayed for three weeks, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing extra bed sheets, towels, additional kitchen items, and even a small bathtub for my 5-month-old. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. We’d gladly return for another visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Suave’s. He was so helpful with anything we needed. My daughter absolutely loved the apartment and wanted to extend our stay the first day we arrived. The apartment was clean and Suave offered housekeeping serves often. There’s so much within walking distance and we enjoyed the view from the window. The perfect place to watch the different parades that came through throughout our stay. The electricity went out from time to time, but there is a backup generator to keep some things working even if the electricity goes out. Suave even had someone come add another outlet to connect to the backup. I wish we could stay longer.

Excellent accommodation, weekly cleaning, boiler with water, lots of dishes and kitchen appliances. Excellent, friendly and helpful host: Ami helped me with my luggage, met me and saw me off. I also received some recommendations from him on local restaurants and the market, recommend!

I ended up staying at the unit above this, but both are comfortable, modern and thoughtfully designed, with amazing views. The building is in a quiet residential neighborhood with everything you need nearby. A great escape from the bustle of Kathmandu. Pratima is a super nice and attentive host, highly recommended.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

We had a great stay at Lilen's homestay. It was exactly as described and had all the necessary basics in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was within walking distance to Thamel, so a good base to explore. Lilen was always helpful and quick to respond with help if needed! The place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both husband and wife were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations. We felt right at home and would definitely book again on our next visit to Kathmandu. The unit is great, everything was like in description, beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, lovely views from rooftop, fully furnished kitchen(at least there were everything i needed), a lot of space for living in comfort, wonderful, responsible housekeeper and host. It is also in walkable distance from Patan Darbar Square and mangal bazar where I liked spending time with a cup of masala tea 😁 l was satisfied with everything so that stayed there almost two months. We loved this place! It was very central and the host was very accommodating. Great spot to enjoy the very best of Kathmandu. Lay out of the apartment was great.
