My workers thought the place was great for a 2 night stay while working in the area. Easy and nice place to stay.

I really appreciated my stay at Suzans. It's location, quality and style. Importantly the lovely communication with Suzan and extra things she provided. After a long weekend at Womad I especially appreciated a soak with lavender Epsom salts!

Tonia was very responsive in the lead up to my stay, and very friendly when I arrived. Everything was pristine and exactly as described/in pictures. An all around great host - would recommend!

Jamie was an amazing host. She was super flexible and helped us figure out a plan for attending Te Matatini. All around very grateful for Jamie being an amazing, kind host. And her AirBNB was so comfortable and nice. Would stay here any and every time!

Great accommodation with everything we needed, very new, modern and comfortable, huge bathroom, private, great views and with an outdoor setting. Felt like a safe location. Carpark space at door. Thank you for the treats left for us in the fridge.

We stayed at Barry's place for the week whilst attending Te Matatini at Pukekura Park. The place was located downstairs from Barry and still felt private and safe. It had everything that we needed, and more. The living area gets alot of beautiful afternoon sunshine, so the cooling system helped keep us cool when needed. It's located within a short drive, or walk if you're up for it, between the park and the main town centre.

We loved our stay here. The gallery was cozy with everything we could have needed. It was private, quiet, tidy, comfortable and beautiful. I’m in awe of the stunning materials used, decor and furnishings taking inspiration for my own home.

We were very happy with the apartment , Communication was great and Vicki and her husband were friendly and welcoming. They live above the apartment which is well equipped, clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy. The neighbourhood is a quiet suburb  just a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Thanks Vicki and Peter for the lovely stay.

David and Sonia were very friendly and made us welcome when we arrived. Perfect hosts. The accommodation was spotless, private and nice and roomy. We only stayed one night unfortunately, but would love to go back again.

Opunake is an awesome place to visit and this is incredibly close. Taranaki, the Beach, the Loop Walk are all very, very close. Pub and town walkable too. This is ideal rental in a wonderful two. Pick this town AND pick this rental property. 90 day NZ trip highlight.

Had all the basics and suited us well.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marlene's space, Central On Sea. Marlene is a fantastic host. She is very kind and hospitable, and provided us with everything we needed during our stay. This is a great location. It feels private and peaceful while also being walking distance to cafes and restaurants. And it is right in front of the sea with access to walkways around the coastline (right across the road). The space itself has plenty of room. Nice big bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed should we need to fix a meal, although we found ourselves enjoying the wonderful restaurants in New Plymouth, mostly. I highly recommend staying at Central On Sea. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Marlene!

Great place to stay. Each bedroom has an ensuite. Lounge and kitchen very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with family. Lots of space for everyone. Very large deck that felt very safe for the children. Food at the restaurant was lovely. They also did room service which was wonderful. The ‘second living area’ in the photos was no where to be seen. Not sure if that photo has been posted by mistake 🤷🏼‍♀️ We also weren’t aware this property is actually part of a motel/lodge so when we arrived we weren’t sure where we were. It worked out really well though and everyone was great. The pool in the photos is part of the complex so it was quite busy at some points. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a vacuum cleaner in the room as this is not a serviced apartment and we had booked for 5 nights with children so we really could have used a vacuum 😅 Would definitely recommend this place to others. Really private with amazing views.

The apartment was excellent for our family of 3 generation's, great beds, good sized bedrooms and lots of bathrooms to accommodate 8 people easily. The apartment was bigger than I was expecting and the location was excellent with easy access to the waterfront with a skate park, basketball court, and bar area by the walking path and beach, all within mins of walking from the apartment. Having the apartment part of the lodge accommodation meant the guests who wanted restaurant breakfast or dinner could while others used the bbq and kitchen at the apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, definitely recommend this as a holiday option and will stay here again.

One of the more unique Airbnb's in NZ, this former post & telegraph office also happens to be one of the coziest. David and Maria are fantastic hosts, and the homemade meals they offered were delicious and convenient. If you are hiking Egmont or just happen to find your way out in Eltham, I would highly recommend David and Maria's spot.

We loved our stay at Greer’s place! Waking up with the mountain views was spectacular. Perfect location, beautiful surroundings and the place is immaculate. We enjoyed a week stay while we were working in town for an event. The pool and spa were a lovely treat to come home to! Highly recommend A+++
