Such a peaceful, relaxing place, the beach was fantastic at low tide, exploring the caves and watching people fish. Local cafes had delicious food, the spa was great with a private deck and fabulous views the Cosy Cabin was just perfect to relax and enjoy our stay.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVE! This was well worth it, as somebody who loves Taranaki (from Auckland) this is the best place to show somebody from another country how beautiful Taranaki is. Gorgeous views, sheltered from wind and rain (unfortunate timing for us with the weather haha) and great walks around the property. Lovely amenities, and eco friendly too!!! Awesome garden too.

We had a great stay at Rob’s place! Check in was easy and seamless - Rob was around to show us everything and give us a lay of the land which is always appreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here if you’re passing through the area and/or planning to visit Egmont National Park!

Great place out of the city. Only issue was workers building outside early in the morning. A part from that great place to stay. Can get sqishy in the lounge with a bigger group. Would recommend.

We had an incredible time! The location was peaceful and private, the cabin was cosy and beautifully furnished, we couldn’t have wished for better. Thank you so much for having us! We can’t wait to stay again :)

Great place awesome for a couple nights !!

This is an interesting surf-themed spot in the heart of New Zealand's premiere surf coast. A great stopping point if you're heading north or south.
