Lovely holiday cottage. Great facilities, especially the kitchen. Beautiful, quiet part of Scotland. We walked every day. Would recommend.

One of the loveliest places we've ever stayed! Superb and spacious accommodation, beautifully decorated and really well & thoughtfully equipped - it will *exceed* your expectations. With the sauna and hot tub, it's not easy to drag yourself out of the house! And to top it off, the view across the loch is utterly mesmerising. Vivienne was a great host, letting us know everything we needed and leaving a lovely welcome pack. The house is in a peaceful location that is still handy for the main road and great for interesting local walks .... if you can drag yourself away! Can't recommend highly enough 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Ryka Lodge. The house is incredible - photos don't do full justice to how luxurious it is. You will have absolutely everything you need and more. The kitchen is really well equipped and a home from home. The views are fantastic, and it was a treat to come back after a day of exploring the wilderness of Lewis / Harris or simply sit, read and relax while the Hebridean weather did its dramatic thing outside. Welcome package was extremely generous and delicious all round. Would really recommend.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! The local neighborhood of Geary is beautiful and serene. The views from the bedroom and hot tub are stunning. The kitchen is super well-stocked. Michelle was very responsive and an amazing host! Would love to go back!

Ein wunderschön gelegenes kleines Tinyhaus mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und wunderschönem Garten. Die Ausstattung war perfekt, das Raumangebot für die Größe super. Nach Ullapool ist es ein Weg von ca. 30 Minuten. Problemlos machbar, wenn das Wetter mitspielt.

What an amazing place! This was perfect for us and our two young children. After a day of travel, the hot tub was a welcomed way to relax. The kids loved it too; something they were looking forward to after sight seeing. The second night we experienced a typical Scottish weather day, especially windy and wet, so the fireplace was in high demand. And the views just breathtaking. Although we didn’t have time to utilize, it was a surprise to have both washer and dryer available on site. Everything you need to enjoy your remote getaway. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! The cottage was perfect: from the views of the three lochs, the castle, and the surrounding countryside to the relaxing and private amenities and yard. We couldn’t be more pleased with the rental and especially the hosts Karen and Graham. We would highly recommend their 5-star property!

Unbeatable location to capture the beauty of Skye. My family of four just felt right at home and it was hard to leave this special spot!

We had an amazing week on Skye at Catriona’s property. The location was perfect for exploring the whole island, as well as being so convenient for supplies. We could not recommend this highly enough, the property ticked every single box for us and our two dogs.. We will definitely be back to Skye, so would definitely book this property again.. xx

Clean, well cared for in a neat spot. We loved exploring the rocky coastline with the kids. Walking path at the end of the street. Shower and bath were luxurious. Lots of attention to the details - clear house guide, labeled maps of the view, ambiant lighting, kids entertainment. The staircase is a bit steep. We had no problems, but be warned if steps are a challenge for you.

Alistair’s cottage in Skye was charming, welcoming, and the perfect base for our adventures around the island. The cottage is filled with unique artworks and Alistair provided clear instructions and helpful local recommendations!

Great stay- was there for a week. Place was bigger than expected and was really comfortable. Short drive to some nice places to have lunch or dinner. Would definitely stay if im back up on the islands.

He pasado unos días muy agradables. El alojamiento es exactamente lo que esperaba, tranquilo, en un entorno muy agradable. Se pueden dar paseos muy agradables y caminar justo al mar viendo las Hébridas al fondo y llegar al faro de Rua Reidh Lighthouse. El propietario está pendiente y responde rápido si se le pregunta, pero no está presente ni encima todo el tiempo. Da instrucciones claras sobre la llegada y cómo acceder a la vivienda.

Supertolle Lage mit Meersicht. Una ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und in der Unterkunft findet man alles, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist toll!

The house was beautiful and homey. It was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. The hosts were extremely responsive and we had a lovely experience. It was a good location to see sights while being a little out of the way of the town. We would absolutely recommend.

My Mum and I had a fantastic weekend in this gorgeous, cosy and ideally located cottage. The cottage itself is beautifully designed and furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the shower is fabulous, the wood burning stove is just what you need after a day exploring! The location is ideal for visiting the island and the views from the cottage are stunning. A perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful part of the world! We loved it. Can't recommend the cottage highly enough. Julie couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

What a wonderfully quiet, idyllic location with spectacular views. The sound of Curlews in the morning was enchanting. Fiona and Geoff were the perfect hosts and we would certainly highly recommend this cottage.

We had an amazing stay at the "old croft house". Very good communication with the host. We were lucky that we could extend our stay for one night. There is so much to see... We would definitely come again.

Absolutely breathtaking views. The cottage was perfect for staying on Skye. The directions were clear for getting there and the small town of Carbost close by was great. My husband and I woke up to beautiful views of the water, meanwhile our friends woke up to views of the adorable sheep on the hillside. Overall we’d love to come back.

Gorgeous views and a great cottage. It was roomy, had good amenities. Most of all, we loved the area. It was a bit secluded from the city, but a quick 8 min drive into town. Gave us access to all of the north sites to see on the Isle. And the view during dusk and dawn was stunning from the living room window. Loved it.

The house is located in a really beautiful and peaceful area, with great access to both Lewis and Harris. The house is surrounded by fields (croft), to which you have access to walk and discover the surroundings and wildlife. I really enjoyed walking down to the loch side and along the water at low tide to spot the seals every afternoon. Cathie and Les are great hosts, I had some great conversation with Les about the history of the place, wildlife, and areas to visit. The house is spotless and the view from each window out to the surroundings is incredible . Les said, "this airBnb is to us more than just handing the keys", and I think this resume really well how they welcomed us. strongly recommend!

We spent just 2 nights in Skye and the air bnb was perfect for us. Close to local restaurants and a supermarket. We loved the little wood burning stove. The place was cosy and Willie and Gloria lovely hosts.
