Nice little cottage in a lovely spot with a retro feel. Not super flash but just as advertised and very comfortable. Walking distance to city beaches and some nice coffee shops. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Absolutely loved my getaway to The Studio. I valued the peace and quiet as well as privacy - it was great to unwind after seeing family who live in Geraldton, and to overall unwind whilst on my annual leave. It was a well-equipped studio with all the essentials. Impressed with the first aid kit!! The internet worked superbly as had to do some study as well. And great water pressure in the shower. Lovely to meet you both, Roger and Sophie - and thank you for your tip re returning to Perth via Midlands Rd due to bushfires and closure of Brand Highway. Much appreciated. I will definitely opt to stay at the Studio again. Not too far from town and surrounds.

The experience from the get go was incredible, Leah communicated with us leading to our stay, provided clear check in details and contacts if anything went wrong. We had 8 people in the house, we didn't feel cramped at all, outside was relaxing with activities for the kids who are all under 5 both inside and out. Pool area was secured so no concerns kids would be able to access pool without an adult. Kitchen was beautiful with coffee machine and everything we needed to be able to cook dinner, breakfast etc. I have no hesitations in recommending this property and Leah as a host. Leah thank you again, the whole family really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, huge place with plenty of room for a large group/family. Pizza oven was awesome too. One thing to note is there was no hot tub as shown in the photos, this did not take away from our stay and the stunning views and great weekend we had away. This place has its own character! Thanks Alex you have a beautiful place.

Ebony is a great host. She responsed to our request promptly when we had difficulty in using the stove. Everything is clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay there and we would recommend her properry to other guests.

Steve was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too hard and he helped with everything we asked. The accomodation was great and had everything we needed and it was a home away from home. Very clean and had everything you would need. 5 star plus !!
