The accommodation was spot on, private, peaceful and had everything we needed. The outlook was priceless we spent a lot of time on the deck admiring the views.

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! We booked this accommodation as a family, as my brother was getting married in Peppermint Bay. Lindsey was very proactive and an excellent communicator - the house was easy to find, access and enjoy. All the amenities required were provided, the view and garden were lovely. I’d thoroughly recommend a stay here, and hope to arrange another booking when we are in Tasmania again.

The host and her lovely family are very friendly and easy . Sandy bay main park / ocean views are only 5 min walk - posh and nice area

This Airbnb is located just 25 minutes from Hobart. It’s an ideal location with waterfront views from the bedrooms and kitchen , the deck is perfect for breakfast and the beds are super comfortable with fresh linen. Water pressure is great and it has two bathrooms for convenience. The house is two story which allows you to access the yard and walk down to the private beach , which is stunning at sunrise and sunset . The house has bikes and kayaks for activities and is very comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere and child friendly. It has everything you need to cook and the local shops are close by , so you don’t need to travel far . Will definitely be back with the family again to stay . Migissi

Fabulous views and 70’s style charm! Gorgeous location near the water, rolling mountains and everything you need inside the house, a home away from home. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating! Wish I booked an extra night.. I would go back again..

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

The house is large, the utilities extensive, the view magnificent. The outdoor entertainment viewing area and the automatic screens are all impressive. The kitchen, food prep area is impressive all the electricals are top quality. The fridge, stove top, oven and microwave are all adult size. The location is perfect for a run down to Port Arthur, without having to stay in the more expensive options down there. Also allows a good run into Hobart.

We loved the home, especially the way it was furnished and decorated. The large indoor living space, together with the expansive outdoor deck and barbecue facilities, were perfect for our celebratory family get-together. There was plenty of seating and space to comfortably accommodate our family of nine. The kitchen was well supplied with crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils and the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with first class linen. The location is ideal for beach activities for our younger family members, however the access track is somewhat steep and could be difficult for an older person. Already looking at a return visit.

Such a great place with amazing ocean views. House is very modern, spacious, clean, and tidy. It's just a few steps away from the beach and theres a nice beach side walk heading to a little play ground . Joanna was very responsive and very helpful and allowed a late check out. We will definitely come back on our trip to Tasmania next time.

I can't thank Paquita enough for allowing us to host our very intimate wedding at The Pearl. It is an incredible, special, beautiful place. The Pearl is somehow even more beautiful in person, and the pristine beach at our doorstep was a ln incredible bonus. Hosting our immediate family for dinner on the back verandah as the sun was setting, listening to the ocean and watching the sun set over the water, is now one of my most treaured memories. We are already talking about staying again. Paquita went above and beyond as a host - providing recommendations for local florists, celebrants, hair stylists etc - and even left us a beautiful congratulations card and gift. The most relaxing down time. Dream location , beach is so private only the local neighbours utilise it. even though the weather wasn't amazing we had a great time captivated by the ever changing view that is so close you can you literally touch it . The property set up makes it so easy to just walk in and feel right at home . This was our fourth stay since selling our own holiday home and is the perfect Airbnb for us each year.

A fantastic location right on the beach. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a well-designed layout, plenty of areas to chill out, and ample storage space for a longer term stay. We also enjoyed the selection of books and magazines. There’s a fabulous jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, and it was so relaxing to go for walks on the beach and fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of waves. It’s well worth stopping at a larger supermarket before you get there to stock up with any food or other supplies you might need, so you can maximise your peaceful and relaxing stay.

We were absolutely blown away with the property, it was better than we hoped for and it was really well equipped. Beautiful location right on Cremorne beach, this is a stunning property and communication was so easy, thank you Emma for being so accommodating during our stay.

A beautiful property with stellar Harbour views. A short Uber to the airport and Salamanca, so a great option for large groups and short stays.

Ben’s place in Deep Bay is wonderful, the location is truly stunning. We stayed there for three nights for a family reunion and loved it. Some of the elder family members did have a few issues, such as Ben lives on site and came into his office at 10:30pm, shining a light into the bedroom. There are a few little quirks such as no coffee, sugar, or oil, and an oven that doesn’t fit a lot of the dishes available, but it was still a wonderful stay.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Our extended family of 10 just enjoyed three nights at this beautiful home and no one wanted to leave. Amazing fittings, gorgeous views, PLENTY of room for everyone and everything you need to enjoy the house. We would give six stars if we could - an immaculate property backed up by a great host. Perfection!
