This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

This place was great! The pool was nice and clean, the backyard was well laid out too. The inside was beautiful, fun and felt much larger than it is. It was very clean, the furnishings and beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We walked to breakfast most mornings at the local shopping plaza with a Publix, only .3 miles away. And the drive to the beach is not bad but you can also park in town and take a trolly. I highly recommend this rental!!

Everything was great! We had some minor problems on checking in, but Carol was quick to respond. She came over within a short time to handle the minor issue. The neighborhood is definitely transitional. There are some rough-looking homes, but we had no problems. The neighbors were friendly. It was quiet at night. The nearby playground was only used during the day and early evening hours. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurants and bars in Ybor City. We also felt safe using the free trolley, even late at night.

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. It was close to anything I needed. The host was great to communicate with. Whenever I go back to Tampa, I will most definitely stay with them!!

Myself, wife, two daughters and two dogs just had a wonderful stay here. there was plenty of room thru out the whole house, nice size rooms, nice size bathrooms, good size family room and a fully stocked kitchen with microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and very clean fridge. The backyard was great for our dogs, it isn't fully fenced in (open by the sides of the house) but they were able to run around and play some being supervised. We did have an issue with the wifi but the host was very quick to responding and getting the issue taken care of. there are lots of gas stations and restaurants and grocery store within 5 minutes. If we ever return to Tampa we will absolutely be booking this house again.

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s home. A lot of thought has been put into the furniture, the interior decor, and the landscaping. It was calming to be able to sit at the back window and look at the pool. There was a nice variety of couches and chairs and a high-quality sound system for watching TV or movies. The location allowed good access to Largo, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater and the surrounding areas. Taylor was very friendly and eager to help with any needs that we had. Would recommend to other renters.

for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Ira & Gay are truly super hosts. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was introduced to neighbors and learned a lot about the area through my conversations with them. Tarpon is a very friendly and welcoming area. The close proximity to Craig Park/Spring Branch, Whitcomb Bayou, and downtown minimize the amount of driving you have to do. One walk around Spring Branch yielded a dolphin sighting. A really great blend of relaxation and activities. I am looking forward to returning in the near future.

The unit was as described. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, we asked to add a day to the visit and Christine was able to accommodate. The unit was ready for us at check in, it was a short walk to the pool and small beach area. Everything went as planned. We were happy with the unit and would rent again.

Very smooth and easy booking and check in process. Extremely clean house with great location. Loved how many “extras” were included (beach chairs/umbrella, towels, pool toys, etc.). The welcome book helped with any questions we had and offered great recommendations.

Only stayed one night but it was a great stay and I would’ve stayed longer if I could’ve! Will def be coming back when I see shows in the area! Place was clean, comfy and well stocked! Highly recommend.

Wow, what a find! We had an amazing stay at Nicole’s place! The location couldn’t have been better—right across the street from Indian Rocks Beach, where the white sand and open beaches made for a perfect, relaxing getaway. It’s in a quieter area, which we loved, but still just a quick 20-minute drive to Clearwater if you’re looking for more action. The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed, including all the beach supplies. It was so convenient being just a 2-minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants like Kooky Coconut (across the street) and others about a 10 minute walk. Nicole was a fantastic host—super responsive and supportive throughout our stay. The sunsets here were absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This is by far the easiest 5 star review! We’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! Such a great location and beautiful neighborhood. There’s super cute coffee shop a block over and it’s a short walk to Bayshore trail/other attractions. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend Valynnda’s place and would definitely book again!!

My stay in the Rooster Hut was too short. This is the kind of place you fantasize about holding up to hide from the world, write a book, etc.. It is very private and has just enough space for one or two people. It is close to major roads in the area, but still gives you the feeling that you're 10 miles into the wilderness. Inside, the feel is very rustic. Lots of exposed wood and matching furniture. The rooster theme continues inside. The house is furnished as a small home/cabin with a well provisioned full kitchen, etc. There is a bathroom that fits one and a separate shower attached to the kitchen. Upstairs is a nicely sized bedroom with two desks. The bed was large and comfy with soft, clean linens. There were several well placed power outlets to keep devices charged. There are 360 degree windows, so you can wake with the sun (and nearby rooster :)). Wifi was strong and fast and both floors had smart TVs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

We had a party of 8 which included 5 kids. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed staying here. The house has lots of space, is inviting and relaxing. The playroom/area downstairs kept the kids entertained. The checkout process is one of the easiest I've experienced. I loved not feeling rushed and overtasked on the morning of checkout. The home is in good shape with lots of seemingly new furniture. The outside was decent considering the effects of the hurricane in this area. I may have missed it in the description, but it was important to understand that two bedrooms are downstairs and use a totally separate entrance from the main house.

Great cabin with lots of games. Quiet and peaceful. Comfortably accommodated seven of us. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate.

We had a lovely time during our stay! The cabin is a cute hidden gem and and we enjoyed our time here! They had free Netflix/hulu and checkout was a breeze. (No complicated checkout “binder” asking you to do a bunch of things like some annoying Airbnbs I’ve had in the past)!

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind by a beautiful river, this is your spot. Perfect place to getaway for a few days of meditation and getting the mind right. Judy was so helpful and accommodating! 10/10 I will definitely be back!

I frequently stay at Airbnbs when I travel and Miss Ruby and the surrounding land and trees and lake where so beautiful, much more beautiful than the pictures demonstate. Judi is so helpful and responsive and easy to communicate with. I loved every aspect of my three night stay, the outside shower is amazing, and the camper is so cozy. The lake is stunning. A true nature lovers retreat. I highly recommend staying at Judi's Miss Ruby or Cozy Suite. Thank you Judi, beautiful home and guest quarters for people like me who love to travel and have different experiences. She thought of everything guests may need. We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was easy to find, and getting in was a breeze. Susan and Dan, who live next door, were always available and happy to help with any questions. The washer and dryer were high-capacity and looked brand new. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!
