We had a wonderful time. It was a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. The hosts were great on communication and always responsive. The beds were comfortable. The theater was great! They were great with reminders to put out the trash and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying with them.

Over all the Airbnb was great. Maria was very helpful with clear instructions for everything. She was also very responsive to any issues we had. We were also able to comfortably fit 10 people in the house which was great for such a reasonable price.

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

The home was exactly as described. The backyard is truly an oasis, very private and peaceful. The pool was wonderful and heated to a comfortable temperature. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. A short drive to Clearwater and St. Petersburg, Anna is a wonderful host, very pleasant, helpful and responsive.

Excellent location! Great neighborhood for walking and running. The bird sanctuary was a cool feature in the backyard. Our kids loved the pool (note it's not heated but they didn't care.) There are plenty of plates/cups/cook utensils and if TVs are your thing, there are 5 of them. Most of the beds are comfortable. Everything worked as expected and it was a bonus to be able to park in the garage and keep our car safe on NYE :)

We absolutely loved our stay in this house!! Our main priority was separate bedrooms for our teenage son and our preteen daughter to have their own space and this house was perfect!! The rooms were very good size and the master bed/bath was HUGE!!! The beds were very comfy and we loved that the fridge had ice and a water dispenser! We had a little hiccup when originally checking into the house with the passcode not working, but Hannah responded to my message almost immediately, even with it being late at night, and got us into the house in no time!! We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next trip down to Tampa!!

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

Michelle went above & beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the warm atmosphere that her home exudes. It felt like cozy retreat, a perfect escape from our everyday hustle. The location is perfect & yet affordable located near the main river. Michelle's attention to detail truly sets her apart as a host. Everything to make her guests feel comfortable & valued. The house has little stuff here & there that make it so thoughtful. It was a little chilly the weekend we were visiting and we enjoyed roasting s’more’s outside around fire pit. Front yard has a nice space for the kids to play. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking right off the property. We seen so many manatees during our visit to the springs. It was really refreshing to have someone so engaged & passionate about hosting. She truly makes you feel like a valued guest & not just another customer. We’re already looking forward to our next visit—thank you, Michelle!

We loved this place., we will definitely be back.. We didn't get to use the pool due to the chilly temperatures, which was a bummer. The host was responsive with our needs. Supermarket, shopping and restaurants not far no more than 15 mins aways. Thank you for sharing your home with us..

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

Absolutely beautiful home and property. Felt right at home. The property and home were exactly as described and Joe was very responsive. The well water was something to get used to but nothing that was any concern. Unlike most airbnbs, Joe didn’t have a laundry list of things to do while checking out which was a relief due to the fact of having to catch a flight there’s local farm stands around to check out and the location isn’t too far from restaurants and other places! If we plan on traveling to the area again this property is definitely going to be top contender!

Loved the location right down from Bay to Bay. We did the spring training circuit so the house was in an ideal location. Also used Uber to go to the hockey game!!! ☀️🌴

The house is clean and private. Nice patio and pool. Dishwasher is good. Rooms are good. The master toilet is little tight to straighten the legs. Hosts are responsive and helpful. House size is kinda small for the high pricing. Maybe it is due to the demand and the hurricane. Overall rating should be 4.5-4.8.

WOW … what a great place to stay. This house feels like home!! It is very tastefully decorated, and it’s well stocked with everything you need - including spices, soaps, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and even an car vac and air compressor. Their effort to make our stay memorable was appreciated. If we are in the area again … we will be staying here❤️

When our crew of 4 arrived at The Big House for our 11 days stay, we were welcomed with messages and very tasty rum cakes. We felt comfortable right away in the house and in the quiet neighbourhood. The Big House is perfectly named. The house is very spacious for 2 couples to feel they have their own space and privacy. The beds are really comfortable and the warm living room has lots of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with any utensils or appliances needed to cook wonderful meals. Great to have a laundry area too. Lynne has gone above and beyond providing anything you may need for your stay. Lynne is an excellent communicator. She answered all our messages quickly and kept us in the loop on everything. We took her suggestion to go to PJs Oyster Bar for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We all agree we had a wonderful stay in The Big House. If we are in Largo again, it will be the place we want to be.
