We stayed there last March and nothing has changed even after the storm last year the place looks the same and Larry was very helpful, no disappointments I highly recommend Sun Wild adventure.

Beautiful property. Well equipped and offered different amenities and entertainment for families with children and young adults. Jennifer was an amazing host. Definitely recommend for large families looking to enjoy the river and a peaceful time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Our stay at the Main River Mermaid house on Weeki Wachee was absolutely perfect. The location couldn't have been better, and the house had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. Karen was incredible host. She was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. My family and I loved our time here and made lots of wonderful memories. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

What a lovely home this is, and right on the river! It had absolutely everything we needed to relax and unwind. The home was spotless and well equipped so we could just walk in enjoy. The house had everything we needed. The grandkids had lots to do as well as the adults. It’s a beautiful setting on the water, very peaceful and relaxing.

My daughter and I enjoyed staying at Rebecca’s place so much. The house is simply beautiful and the outside area on the water is so beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful mini-vaca! The location is especially awesome. Only 8 minutes from the state park!

Our stay here was great. The location was perfect for our children to swim right off the canal. The fire pit at Sally's place is a plus. Sally's place has definitely made it to our places to revisit list.

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

Whether sitting on the front porch/patio or on the private dock, nature’s sights and sounds served up a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. If you got away in a car, access to beaches, other nature areas, restaurants and shopping areas too were all easily accessible.

This was our second stay at this cottage and we are already looking forward to booking again! My husband and I appreciate the attention to detail with every aspect of our stay. Kristen is a fantastic host. We didn’t have to bother her during our stay because the cottage is stocked with everything we needed. Another awesome stay.

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

My family and i came down for springbreak from michigan and absolutely loved our stay!!! The house had everything you could think of to need from beach towels, chairs, sunglasses, fishing poles. They had cabinets full of games to play with the family!! My son stayed outside every chance he could to fish, we jumped off the dock to swim, went out kayaking and saw dolphins in the back yard (have to be out before sunrise). The master bedroom has an amazing jet tub that this mama used to relax in every night before bed and it made me sleep like a baby! Back yard was fenced so our pup could go in and out whenever he liked, he loved it. We will most definitely rent this home again for our next flordia trip!!!

Martha and George are two of the most wonderful and entertaining hosts in have ever had. The bungalo was absolutely wonderful and in a beautiful location. Hope to have the opportunity to stay with them again. Everything was absolutely phenomenal.

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

We had a party of 8 which included 5 kids. Everyone had a good time and enjoyed staying here. The house has lots of space, is inviting and relaxing. The playroom/area downstairs kept the kids entertained. The checkout process is one of the easiest I've experienced. I loved not feeling rushed and overtasked on the morning of checkout. The home is in good shape with lots of seemingly new furniture. The outside was decent considering the effects of the hurricane in this area. I may have missed it in the description, but it was important to understand that two bedrooms are downstairs and use a totally separate entrance from the main house.

The host was amazing. Very responsive! The house was great. A little small, however, perfect for our family of 4. The access to the river is amazing! Awesome view with nature on the other side of the river, not houses. The water was crystal clear. The kayaks were in good shape and fun to use. The only downside is there is not dishwasher if you are going to stay longer, however, we did not mind washing our own dishes. We are already looking at dates to return!

We enjoyed our stay on the canal. Can’t wait to go back.

Our group of 8 loved our stay at Tabitha's place! We were able to wake up and immediately enjoy the beauty of the springs without hauling kayaks or leaving the cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was the perfect spot for essentially a fun, adult summer camp. We just left and are already talking about coming back! Thank you!

If you're looking for a quiet place to unwind by a beautiful river, this is your spot. Perfect place to getaway for a few days of meditation and getting the mind right. Judy was so helpful and accommodating! 10/10 I will definitely be back!
