Jodi’s place was unbelievable! Don’t stay anywhere else. The pictures don’t even do justice to the beauty and peacefulness of the surroundings. You have a snorkeling reef on the property! And it just feels like a real home and not a boring rental. We had such a wonderful time.

we stayed in the sunset apartment. the windows face the forest. it was very comfortable. we describe it as beach rustic. Doon, Taja's mom, who runs the Airbnb, was very helpful and available for questions and recommendations.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Unicorn Cay. The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a lot of old world charm. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the pool, but even more we loved driving the golf cart down the private path to the beach, which was absolutely gorgeous. The beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. were tons of fun for us all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was really well equipped. Would highly recommend and I hope to return!

The place is more than beautiful. The property is located on a beachfront lot. The beach itself is really serene, we’ve seen only 3 people on it over the 4 days we’be passed there…. And it was Christmas… The villa is spacious for our party of two and could ideally accomodate a family. You’ll have every accessories you need to spend 2-3 weeks vacation there. We wish we’d book for longer but decided to visit a couple of Bahamian islands on our 10 day visit. There are lots of good restaurants nearby but a car is really a must if you want to reabh them easily. We liked afternoon munches at Potlatch Club, dinners at Bougainvillea and, of course, relax snacks at Tippy’s. Barbara is a great host and did everything she could to accomodate our (belated by the airline company) arrival and departure. Her manager, Winifred, is also really pleasant to deal with and efficent. I definetly would go again and recommend the place.

Our family of four came in April and we had an incredible time. Eleuthera is for the adventurous and the property’s central location made it easier to access the island’s best beaches. We enjoyed the amazing views every day (we even saw dolphins!). Would definitely recommend!

Pebbles is in a beautiful location and has a great, almost private, beach! The place is simple but comfortable and clean. Eleuthera is a beautiful island and Pebbles is in a great location. We were off season so many restaurants and shops were closed. Just keep it in mind if you need to be out for dinner every night. We scored at the fish market so enjoyed our fresh fish every night. An awesome stay!!!! Thanks Eleuthera Rentals!

Wonderful property, quiet setting. If you can’t find relaxation here, there is something wrong with you not the rental ;)

This spot is amazing. A few things we learned; - Look for flights into Gov Harbor… the drive from ELH is only about 40 miles, but takes 1:15… - Rent a car! There are so many places to explore, you’ll want the flexibility and autonomy - Tarictia is an invaluable resource and will take great care of you! She is wonderful. - They aren’t kidding about water and power outages… there isn’t much that the owners or prop mags can do, so just have a drink by the pool and chill. You can fill the toilet tanks with pool water… - Read the guide book that has been prepared in the house- so much good info on places to explore! We had a terrific trip and will be back! We definitely recommend!

Cayo Loco is the most beautiful place to stay if, like us, you are looking for peace and tranquility, incredible ocean views and a fabulous almost deserted pink sand beach right at the bottom of the steps to your beach house! The house is just perfect for two people, with everything you need for your stay, clean, comfortable and well equipped. You will need a car to get around the island but hiring was easy and being from the UK we had no problems driving on the left! Eluethera is a very special island with so much to see and the most friendly people you could wish to meet. We would return in a flash and couldn't think of a more beautiful spot to stay than Cayo Loco. Thank you for allowing us to share in your little piece of paradise an hope to be back soon.

We had a great experience at Sayle Point , the location is great…45 min from North Eleuthera airport, and close to groceries and good restaurants like Front Porch, Leorosa, and Rainbow Inn. The house is updated and stocked very well and everything worked as it should. We picked Sayle Point b/c of its beach but unfortunately we could never use it b/c the Caribbean was abnormally rough during our stay so we just drover over to the Atlantic side and played there. This was our third trip to Eleuthera and you learn to be flexible and just roll with it and enjoy this beautiful island. Laurie was great to work with and we would try Sayle Point again so we can take advantage of its own beach and snorkeling area. Beautiful house and property! I highly recommend a boat excursion in Spanish Wells with Da Salty Pig and ask for Gary.

Beautiful spot right next to the sea. We felt very private. There are water shoes that can be used and are helpful to get into the water, as it is all rocks. Josette always replyed very fast to my questions, thankmyou so much for that! We really enjoed this gem.

Literally steps from the beach, as advertised, we found Rachel's place a perfect oasis for two couples looking to relax in stunning surroundings. The layout of the house is open and the feeling airy, yet it was easy for four of us to spread out into different nooks to read or work. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and user-friendly. There's a generous deck right off the house, and a lovely, partly shaded terrace halfway down to the shoreline. We had an amazing beach week, enjoying the gentle crash of waves 24/7 and the different views and terrains on our many shoreline walks as the tide went in and out. Rachel shared many recommendations before our trip which helped us make the most of our time on Eleuthera. The house is well stocked with games, snorkel equipment, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. We appreciated the quality of vacation reading material and noted the harmoniously arranged ocean blue spines of the books on the shelves!

I've been on the island many times the location of this house is actually amazing just 10 minutes from the central airport and 5 minutes to the best restaurants in town, the view of the water is just spectacular. Private Road real quiet and peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at Oceanaire! The house was clean and exactly as described. The wall air conditioners did a great job of keeping the inside of the house cool and dry. The screened-in porch was essential and we enjoyed chef-prepared dinner each night overlooking the ocean. Step outside of the screened-in porch in the evening and you would be eaten alive by mosquitos. We arrived in the midst of a tropical storm, so we have a few unique experiences to share that won't apply to most travelers. The roof is wood planks with shingles, so it is quite noisy in the living room/kitchen area when raining. I can't imagine this is a problem for a shower, but it did start to get to us after three days straight. The bedrooms have dropped ceilings which keeps it much quieter. It is also helpful to be aware that the highway can flood between the house and Governor's Harbor. If this happens, just head north to the next town instead. The house is perched >30 feet above the water, so we never felt unsafe with the high waves from the storm. The house is on the east side of the island and it is helpful to understand how different the two sides are. Immediately down the stairs from the house is a narrow beach (maybe 30 feet wide) with incredibly soft pink sand. In the week that we were there, we saw a total of 6 people. The water is not ideal for swimming since the reef is very close to the beach (this may be related to the tropical storm from the beginning of the week). On the west side of the island (specifically cocodimama's) is a beautiful beach with plentiful parking. I imagine you can walk 1/4 mile out before the water gets to your waist. While we were there, there were almost no waves on this beach. I highly recommend it! The kitchen is very functional. We hired a chef (Jacquel Kemp) due to my dietary restrictions. She cooked us excellent meals each night for dinner and served us on the patio. We expected a few more supplies (specifically we were missing dishwasher soap, coffee, and olive oil), but this was easily remedied by a stop at the grocery store. The dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer (with ice maker), washer, and dryer were of a higher quality than I expected and were likely replaced in the recent renovation. The grill was barely functional during our stay and needs some repairs. The central air conditioning was not functioning during our stay. The wall units were excellent, keeping the temperature around 70F without breaking a sweat. Even though I am a very light sleeper and was worried that they would keep me up at night, I did not wake up once. This was helped by the very comfortable mattress. My wife and I stayed at the house alone. If you are bringing multiple couples, you should be aware that the bedroom and bathroom doors are louvered to allow air to pass through. They do a great job of visually providing privacy, but they do not block any sound. Overall, I highly recommend Oceanaire. It is so private that you would need to walk at least five minutes down the beach or up the road before seeing another house. At the same time, it has all the modern comforts that you would expect. This house is clearly loved by its owner and is rented out not just to make a profit but to share the wonderful experience.

Words cannot describe this amazing find! We've been renting vacation homes twice a year for 20 years through VRBO and Airbnb, and this is the best appointed home we've stayed in. Every kitchen amenity you could ask for and some we didn't know we wanted but used. The view of the Caribbean Sea over coffee and breakfast on the covered porch was heavenly. Walk or drive across the street for the Atlantic sunrise on the deserted beach, snorkel and swim during the day, grill out for dinner and sit in plush lawn chairs for sunset over the Caribbean in the back yard. Then have a bonfire by the water before bed. Rent the SUV offered from owner. Go to the Island Market for fresh produce and fresh baked bread. Go the the fish market for fresh caught local seafood and get some stone crab. The locals are friendly and negotiable. We are so glad we decided to rent this home and we'll definitely be back again in 6 months.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location! If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing vacay, this is your spot. The house is brand new and beautiful, the beach is outstanding. You are very close to the Caribbean side of the island, if you prefer calmer waters. Laura was very responsive and the local managers were very helpful and welcoming. Tips- if you’ve never been to Eleuthera- know that it’s more rural and laid back. There are resorts but it’s not so commercialized (which was ideal for us). Many times we had the whole beach to ourselves. There’s an adventure built in- navigating the island, finding good food spots, etc. The locals are incredibly Friendly and helpful and will give great advice for places to go and things to do. When booking a car- really try to get an SUV. We were a little late to the game and got a car instead. It’s do-able but the roads can be a little rough and to get to most things you have to drive unpaved roads. Overall great trip!

Je recommande à 100% Rosemary et Spencer sont très gentils et très accueillants, Il est venu nous chercher en haut de l’île a notre arrivée et nous a déposer a l’aéroport du sud de l’île le matin de notre départ, La voiture que Spencer nous a mise a disposition nous a était très utile, Le logement est très propre, calme, la vue est magnifique. La réalité est très conforme a la description, Je n’hésiterai pas a revenir, Merci pour l’accueil !

We enjoyed Christmas at David’s lighthouse. Everything was as described in David’s listing. The home was beautiful and we could not have asked for more. You would be lucky if you find this listing available. For sure- off the grid relaxing vaca😊

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. The host Ms. Barbara is very helpful, communicative, and accommodating. The photos doesn’t give this cottage any justice! It’s super huge, clean, and well equipped with everything you may need during your stay. There is an amazing private beach steps away from the back porch. I would most definitely stay at this cottage if I was to visit southern Eleuthera again.
