This is a great villa in a stunning location on Eleuthera. The setting immediately puts in you into vacation mode - with the gorgeous Caribbean sea stretching out in front of you. Rainbow Bay beach is a spectacular beach and a peaceful quick walk from the villa. The double kayak and some beach gear (and tons of beach towels) make for a great beach day. You could spend your whole vaca at the villa and the local beach, but there is so much to explore - so definitely book a car. The house was spotless, safe, comfortable, and well-provisioned; the porch and pool really add to the space. A couple caveats: as others have mentioned, some of the porch/deck furniture was overly worn or broken (though repairs seemed to be underway during our stay) and we had folks working on the grounds during two of our days (they do a great job, but it impinged on the private nature of the villa). That said, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience and recommend the villa.

We loved every minute at Stephanie's place! This home is pure paradise, very remote, relaxing and the pictures just don't do it justice. Easily the best stocked place we've ever stayed. The views from the decks are absolutely spectacular, we saw dolphins and sea turtles a few days. The pool is another absolute highlight, the water was just perfect! Stephanie was very quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed preparing great meals most nights at the home with ease while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. We had so much fun exploring the surroundings and beaches. The only thing wrong with this place is having to leave! -Jill, Luke, Josh & Missy.

We stayed at Joy & Dom’s place for our baby moon. It was the perfect location and very walkable to multiple businesses in the heart of Governors Harbor. I highly recommend staying here if this is your first time visiting Eleuthera and you want to get the lay of the land. Joy & Dom provided a list of wonderful recommendations prior to arrival and were very responsive with any questions we had. The home also had everything we need in terms of beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. We absolutely fell in love with Eleuthera and will be coming back in the near future!

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. They were very responsive when we had questions about the area. We employed Denny to take us on a tour in his boat and it was awesome. He has lived here all his life and is very knowledgeable about the area and especially what the sound and ocean has to offer. We did a 4 hour excursion and did some fishing, explored a plane wreckage, gathered some conchs, swam with turtles and enjoyed some conch ceviche on the boat. The location is great as it puts you centrally in the island for trips north or south. We would come back here if we visit in the future.

an absolutely gorgeous place to stay!! Chris was extremely helpful and informative. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. To be able to wake up to beautiful sunrises, to hanging at the fantastic pool or hang out in the hammocks at the edge of the Caribbean Sea, And then to end the day with a cocktail watching the sun set...Amazing!! I highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Thank you Chris and David for a relaxing vacation.

This place is a little piece of paradise! The house was perfect for my husband and I on our honeymoon. Everything was clean. The view from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. It was private and peaceful!

we stayed in the sunset apartment. the windows face the forest. it was very comfortable. we describe it as beach rustic. Doon, Taja's mom, who runs the Airbnb, was very helpful and available for questions and recommendations.

My husband and I stayed at the Bird Cage for a quick wedding anniversary trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The Bird Cage was immaculate, with a modern and tastefully decorated interior. Although we spent most of our time indoors, the location was convenient, being just a short drive from Governor's Harbour, ATMs, shops, and more. Check-in was very smooth, and Solivia graciously allowed us to arrive early. She personalized our stay with a beautiful welcome message, wine, candles, and drinks in the fridge. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals at home. We felt so comfortable and relaxed that we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a relaxing and private getaway. You won't regret it! Thank you, Solivia; we will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful time! The deck was definitely our favorite part. We loved sitting out there in the mornings, and it was great having plenty of seating and a railing to dry our clothes after swimming. The bathrooms were spacious, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The host was very responsive and got back to me quickly. They also provided great recommendations for our rental car, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!
