A casa é exatamente como nas fotografias, uma construção de madeira em que nada foi deixado ao acaso e que está repleta de pequenos detalhes e pormenores reveladores do amor e carinho com que foi construída e apreciada. Como qualquer casa de madeira, já vai mostrando pequenos pontos a precisar de manutenção, mas nada de grave. A vista da casa no alpendre exterior é deslumbrante e foi precisamente o que mais adorámos. Ficar no exterior à noite, a observar a imensidão do céu estrelado e em silêncio, apenas com o som do mar, foi igualmente agradável. Casa perfeita para nos acolher com a nossa família. Partimos com muita vontade de regressar por mais dias. Pequenos eletrodomésticos em falta podem melhorar a experiência (chaleira ou cafeteira). No terreno contíguo da casa está a ser construída uma nova habitação, o que retira privacidade ao alpendre. Os trabalhadores são respeitosos e não começam a fazer barulho muito cedo.

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Fabuleux. Maison très agréable, Vue magnifique, la piscine est splendide et la plage privée au pied de la maison est absolument merveilleuse - à 10 mn à pieds de la plage du village - très sympathique avec ses petits bars- et 15 mn de la plage sauvage sublime de preta - l’accueil est très bien géré - L’équipe nous a aidés à prendre les billets de ferry - un lieu idéal pour se reposer dans la douceur de l’île de Maio.

Alessandro es un anfitrione increivel , nos ha hecho sentir parte de su casa. La casa es estupenda y en frente a la playa mejor de la isla de Maio. La unica pena che no podernos despdedir, però tengo certeza que un dia volveremos otra vez. Ate a proxima 🙂

Die Unterkunft von Andrea liegt sehr gut, da es zum nächsten Supermarkt wenige 100 m sind sowie zum Stadtstrand eine gute Viertelstunde zu Fuß. Das Haus ist liebevoll errichtet, der Garten sehr grün. Unter dem Baum kann man im Schatten wunderbar entspannen. Dazu lädt der Grill ein, abends Fisch und Gemüse zu braten. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea lief problemlos, es gab sehr gute Tipps und auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, etwas ab vom Schuss, wenn es um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants geht. Aber Jean-Christophe ist sehr entgegenkommend und unterstützt am ersten Tag mit dem Einkauf. Betten sind etwas durchgelegen.

Franklin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns vom Pier abgeholt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Strände sind einfach großartig .

Helena was a very kind, respectful and easy-going and helpful host who helped us a lot and organised a taxi for a reasonable price to the airport. The apartment is very spacey and has a good Internet and a lovely terrace. I definitely do recommend it

Leonardo et Susana sont des hôtes de qualité humaine. Tres professionnels et de bons conseils pour découvrir leur île. Nous avons dû partir plus tôt pour des raisons de santé de ma maman, Susana a été très à l'ecoute. J'ai été touché par son empathie. Des qualités de coeur dans un milieu professionnel, je lui dit encire un grand merci pour son soutien.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Else empfangen und die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Nur es kommt sehr wenig Wasser aus der Dusche wenn man darunter steht und dann kann man auch nicht spät abends bescheid sagen. Man braucht schon ein Auto oder mietet sich ein Taxi wenn man etwas von der Insel sehen will. Die Tipps in Bezug auf Restaurants waren sehr gut.

Sandrine’s apartment is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The apartment has all amenities you might need, including a modern kitchen, a great TV setup, a quite new washing machine, and reliable internet at 20-30mbps (sometimes even more - enough to work remotely). The apartment gets a decent amount of light and is well-ventilated, which also made things better. It’s so cozy! One of the rooms also has a proper desk setup, which was wonderful to take some work calls. On top of that, Sandrine was incredibly responsive and helpful. She was such a cool host! She helped us arrange the taxis from/to the airport, and activities around the island with very trustworthy people. Neighbors are very chill, and the neighborhood felt safe (being from Europe). It’s a 10-min walk to Quebra Canela, which is a decent beach with many restaurant options.

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

The stay was excellently prepared. The apartment meets all the requirements and is really clean. The rooftop space with an ocean view is a huge asset. Jey is a great host. He was always available, eager to help, and very friendly. I highly recommend it; it’s really a great choice.

El apartamento es muy cuco, limpio y cuenta con todos los utensilios, incluyendo detallitos como café de cortesía. Isolinda es un encanto, estaba pendiente de nosotras, preocupándose porque estuviéramos cómodas en el alojamiento y disfrutásemos de Maio. Además da muy buenas recomendaciones. Nos ha encantado la estancia ❤️

Agréablement surpris par le logement. L’hôte est juste génial, réactif et très amical. Le logement est niquel je recommande !

Mirco est à l'écoute de ses hôtes et le personnel est très accueillant il n'y rien à en dire hormis la présence d'un micro-onde qui serait très pratique.

Le logement est très bien situé (place du village, restaurants, banques à proximité) La résidence est très calme, sécurisée et très bien entretenue(fleurie,pavée..) La piscine (d'eau de mer) est un vrai +. La vue sur mer est superbe. Francisco est très réceptif et arrangeant. Une bouteille d'eau aurait été la bienvenue à notre arrivée (idem pour gel douche et shampoing)ainsi que quelques documents d'informations

Logement très propre je recommande fortement , hôte très réactif à chaque demande.

Edna and Neves both exceed my expectations and standards this is why I make it essential to stay at their apartment every visit to Cabo Verde, they are accessible and know what the guest need without being asked! Neves will go above and beyond for all his guest even if it’s an inconvenience.. amazing apartment and great host, I will be back for third time.

Ons verblijf in dit ruime en volledig uitgeruste appartement was boven verwachting. Alles wat je nodig hebt, was aanwezig, en het voelde echt als een thuis. Het appartement was brandschoon en tot in de kleinste details verzorgd. De omgeving was prachtig en perfect voor mooie wandelingen langs het water. Daarnaast was het hier heerlijk rustig – perfect voor een goede nachtrust. Je valt ‘s avonds ontspannen in slaap en slaapt de hele nacht door, om ‘s ochtends gewekt te worden door het vrolijke geluid van vogels. Marie was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Onze planning veranderde last-minute, maar ze zorgde ervoor dat we eerder konden inchecken, zelfs laat in de avond. Alle vragen werden snel en vriendelijk beantwoord. De rustige ligging, de fijne sfeer en de topservice maakten ons verblijf compleet. We komen graag terug!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec une vue imprenable sur l océan dès le levé du soleil dans notre chambre, jusqu’a son couché a la piscine en rooftop. Nous conseillons aux voyageurs d être véhiculés (commerce non accessible à pieds) et découvrir l île .
