comfortable & clean & accomodating - place that feels very homey in a quiet neighborhood with many fruit trees. there is a small yard, 2 rooms, a private toilet, fridge and microwave. the shower is always warm with hot water, it is officially semi-shared with the family but we never had an conflict or problem - they only clean it when we weren't there., quite the contrary we loved meeting the family and they were very open and available for cultural exchange and hospitality just like we've experienced all over uzbekistan. if you want a sterile hotel - go for it.. but if you want a real uzbek experience in tashkent - this is as good as it gets especially for such a great price. thank you!!

What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. Good kitchen, bedrooms and guest area. Thanks Akramjan! Wishing you the best.

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

Great Host

Приехали семьей с детьми, выбрали дом и не пожалели. Чистый, новый, закрытая территория, вайфай, интернет и нетфликс все работало. Удобная кухня и большая обеденная зона для всей семьи! Свежие полотенца и доступ к бассейну , хамам и коворкингу, дети вдоволь наплавались. Учитывая что такси по Ташкенту не дорогое, расположение комфортное. Хозяин отзывчивый, запрашивали дополнительные полотенца , фен и стулья, все привезли. Есть кондиционеры , спасали от жары. Все понравилось , обязательно вернемся еще раз )

Владелец дома и его ассистент были невероятно дружелюбны и оказывали всю необходимую помощь, дом очень чистый и опрятный. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство 👌☺️

Хорошое жилье. Все понравилось. Есть быстрый 5 ГГц интернет. Хорошое местоположение: рядом неплохие кафе (есть бизнес ланч), недалеко продуктовый рынок, продуктовые магазины. Само жилье имеет приватный доступ. Очень много детских площадок, детям бы точно понравилось. Из небольших минусов: не работает телевидение (только интернет-приложения как YouTube), нет больших стаканов, хотелось бы иметь какой-нибудь кофе и сахар при заезде, кровать сильно электризуется, нет USB зарядок.

Это лучшая квартира из всех в которых я когда либо останавливался. Отличный стильный ремонт, чистота и уют. В квартире есть буквально всё необходимое - стиральная машина, микроволновка, одноразовые принадлежности, телевизор со SMART TV, быстрый вай-фай, отличная куханная зона. Есть все необходимые столовые принадлежности для готовки, тарелки, бокалы, кастрюля и идеальная сковородка. Готовить одно удовольствие. Идеальный чистый душ, есть водонагреватель. Удобное и быстрое заселение. Для себя не нашёл ни одного минуса. Идеальное жильё за разумную плату. Спасибо.

Harika bir ev sahibiydi, kendisi her şey ile ilgilendi ve çok nazikti, taşkente her geldiğimde burada kalmak benim ilk tercihim olacak, ayrıca bir mimar gözüyle, evin iç mekan tasarımı çok hoş ve kullanılan bütün her şeyin kalitesi birinci sınıftı. Ev sahibini zevki tebrik ederim. Burada kalmaktan gerçekten memnun kaldım.

Прекрасная и уютная квартира, в хорошем, новом здании. Умида очень приветливая и всегда была на связи. Очень хорошая цена. Прилетел в Ташкент, и надо было срочно найти квартиру на пару суток, так как не успел позаботиться об этом заранее, и написав хозяйке, сидя в аэропорту, Умида ответила оперативно, и можно было сразу заселиться. В следующий раз, буду снова останавливаться в этой квартире)

Farhod was a great host! Our flight got in late, and he met us at the apartment with a friendly smile and gave us a tour of the apartment and told us how to get around. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, wifi was fast, and the showers were hot. The apartment was conveniently located in the city near a metro station and restaurants and shops. If I’m ever in Tashkent again, I will definitely be staying at Farhod’s again.

I rented Agzamjons apartment and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need to feel comfortable and at home. Agzamjon is friendly and responsive, and the location is convenient and safe. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars

Наверно первая квартира на моей памяти, где мне не пришлось что либо докупать - типо соли, масла и т.д. есть абсолютно всё. По-моему я даже видел машинку для стрижки волос ) Если меня ещё раз занесет в Ташкент, то я точно знаю где остановится )

I really enjoyed living in Alina’s apartment. It is located right in the center of Mirabad district in Tashkent (the most European part of the city, so to speak). The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking the city. It also has everything you need for cooking, which is very convenient.

Alya is great host. She is very conscientious and ensures that her guests feel at home. She was very helpful with the registration process which was essential for me since I stayed in Tashkent for a significant period. The facilities and all the amenities were excellent. Yunusobod has its own charm and the location is surrounded by small independent stores, street food vendors, restaurant, fresh non, and chain supermarkets as well. The metro station is just 5 mins. Thanks for a great stay.

Фаррух замечательный хозяин, квартира стоит своих денег, а про небольшие недочёты я ему сказала лично. но понятно, что если этих недочётов бы не было, то и квартира стоила бы гораздо дороже. а так абсолютно соответствующее качество и цена. огромное спасибо, что есть такой недорогой вариант!

The apartment is clean and spacious for 2 people. In winter it was very warm. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The apartment is also secure. There are shops very nearby for basics and other amenities including restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies a short walk away.

A great place to stay for a person traveling for work or with family. My husband and I felt like at home. Beautiful, spotless and cozy place to stay. Definitely added comfort to our trip. The host is very responsive.
