We had a fantastic time staying here. Really lovely place - cozy and warm, with everything we needed (and more!). Thoroughly recommend this place.

What a beautiful tranquil place to spend a few days The cottage was spotless, well appointed beautifully decorated and peaceful Set in stunning surroundings with views across the vineyard to the mountains the cottage did not disappoint and well deserves the fantastic reviews it receives Everything was provided from a fully equipped kitchen to lovely linen sheets and fluffy towels There was also a stack of condiments provided and a welcoming bottle of wine If you’re looking for a stunning self contained cottage in this lovely area then you could not get better than this

A clever reworking of an old cottage hospital. our unit was roomy, warm, with excellent air conditioning and very well equipped. The property was close to the town centre and easy to locate with Marys directions. Mary and Dave were friendly and helpful hosts. We will happily return if the chance arises.

This was our second visit to Atatu and we weren't disappointed. This is a truly beautiful place to stay. The house is fantastic with every facility you could possibly need. A place for total relaxation with pool, spa and space. Beautiful countryside and the sounds of nature on your doorstep. Panoramic views across rolling hills of olive and pine nut trees out to the ocean beyond. If you like to cook then you'll find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of dining space both inside and out. Basia is the ultimate host. Informative, helpful, proactive, doing everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return a third time next year.

We enjoyed staying at Judith's home. Judith was friendly and responsive and we enjoyed our chat. Amazing views and a lovely outdoor space to relax and enjoy a meal! Plenty of room for our belongings, yoga, and a dining table/chairs. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave for leftovers as well as cereal, oatmeal, milk and coffee/tea for breakfast. We greatly appreciate that Judith washed a load of clothes for us and let us use a drying rack. Would love to stay here again given the opportunity!

Our stay in Christine & Erhard’s characterful caravan was absolutely perfect. The setting is private and peaceful with expansive views. The caravan was spotlessly clean and has been set up to provide guests with all the usual home comforts and cooking facilities. There is a large private bathroom/utility room a short walk from the caravan. The sleeping area was cosy and the bed extremely comfortable - I loved waking up in the morning, pulling back the curtains and sitting in bed to look at the view of the mountains and paddocks – idyllic!. Christine had stocked the fridge with home-made preserves and Erhard prepared a lovely continental breakfast basket each morning that included eggs from their chickens. Christine and Erhard are seasoned travellers so they know exactly how to make their guests feel comfortable and provide what is needed. They have indepth knowledge of the area and gave helpful tips on where to go. All in all we had a really lovely time. Highly recommend!

Wir sind seid 3 Wochen in Neuseeland unterwegs. Maria und Frank waren bisher die besten Gastgeber.Sehr freundlich und sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen. Wir hatten in unserer schönen Unterkunft einen separaten Eingang mit angrenzender Küche. Der Garten von Maria war einfach toll. Es blühte in allen Ecken. We throughly enjoyed our short stay at this spectacular accommodation. So very clean and well appointed with everything we could possibly need and then some. Hart Cottage decor casual and relaxing. Ruth was the perfect host with timely communication, recommendations and the BROWNIES!
