Tasman District : locations de vacances dans des cabanes

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at David’s place with our dog in March. It is very remote so take all that you need with you. The cabin has beautiful views of the mountains and the night sky from the hot tub was amazing. Take repellent for the sand flies, there were also lots of bees and wasps at the time of year we went. We didn’t want to leave and will certainly return.

Ein wunderschöner Ort. Wir liebten das Häuschen, die Aussicht und vor allem der Garten. Einzig das Bett wirkt etwas durchgelegen und wir hatten oft kein oder nur schwaches wlan zur Verfügung. Aber all das ist nichts gegen diese einmalig schöne Lage und liebevolle Umgebung.

We spent a lovely night at the Nest after cycling part of the Tasman Great Taste Trail. It was great to relax in the hut tub looking up at the stars. Lloyd was really clear in his directions and very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Highly recommend the nest for some relaxing off grid downtime.

This is such a great find and well worth the money. A little slice of heaven that is still close to lots of other areas, wish we could have stayed longer. Jude was very welcoming and we appreciated them letting us stay at the creekside cabin when it is normally only for one person.

We had 3 great nights staying at The Cockle. Such a cosy place with the fire, a great shower and comfy bed. loved its rustic charm. The location is perfect for exploring Golden Bay, we were even picked up and dropped off outside by the Farewell Split tour. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Annemieke und Andrew waren sehr gastfreundlich und wir hatten viele interessante Gespräche über ihre Bewirtschaftung der 8ha Land und dir Herstellung zahlreicher Produkte. Für naturverbundene Leute, welche mehr über die Selbstversorgung wissen möchten ist dies der optimale Ort inspiriert zu werden. Mir hat es gefallen und ich empfehle diesen Ort gerne weiter.

All the simple comforts of home in a convenient location! Great price point and just down the road from the main street, easy to get to and had all the little things one might need- especially the fully equipped kitchen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Glamping-Feeling :)

It was super lovely there they are both so kind!!! Also the communication was very easy. Would definitely go there again!!

Caroline's retreat was the best accomodation we have stayed in over our road trip. We wanted something different that wasn't a hotel and this was so perfect. Great views of Nelson. A real luxury glamping experience. I have told all my friends about this it was so relaxed and beautiful.

definitely among one of the most beautiful and interesting places i have been. the hosts were so friendly and kind. property was supr cool and had a really uniqe and fun vibe. it was a short ride to get to town and they gave great recommendations. would love to stop in again and get to know the hosts more, they seemed so interesting. the other guests at the property were really lovely to talk with and interesting as well. enjoying a meal with the view of the ocean was exceptional! cant wait to go back!

A great accomendation, just somenthing different to what you normaly get. We really enjoyed staying at Angie's Cottage.

The stay was tremendous. Can’t really be compared to most Airbnbs as so different. The cooking facilities are a shared outdoor kitchen but under cover and a good point to meet other guests. Quite rustic in a charming sort of way. Beach was quite close by going down the cut through was a 10-15 min walk but hardly anyone on the beach. Collingwood is walkable by beach or road. Would have happily stayed longer than the 3 nights we booked. Spoke to Elizabeth a few times but didn’t meet Duan who was busy moving the family into the new residence. Would have loved to have chatted to them about their aims for the retreat.

The location for this place is everything! Walking distance to the start of the coastal track, two cafe/bars and kayak rentals. The views from the veranda are stunning! Also has a washing machine and outside drying rack which we found very useful.

Wāhi ātaahua - beautiful place with quick access to nature. The whare is perfect and the hosts were responsive and kind.

Very friendly hosts and excellent communication - 6 out of 5 stars! The location is ideal; spend the day (or several) in Nelson, enjoy the lovely Mapua, experience the BEAUTIFUL Abel Tasman National Park, or simply wander the beach, a stone-throw away from the place. We did all that and loved it all!

Anna is a wonderful host! We had a peaceful stay at the farm picking blueberries each morning for our breakfast. The surroundings are serene and peaceful and Anna is a gracious host. Our suite had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! We even took photos of the mattress to learn what brand it was because we slept so well.

I really enjoyed my stay. The cabin had everything I needed for a few days. It was nice to not have a tv so I was able to really relax listening to the birds. There was very heavy rain during my stay which I'm very used to from home, and the cabin was super warm and cozy. An added bonus to hear the little stream running past the house which was also very peaceful. The kuni pig was also very curious and fun to feed. I really enjoyed this little gem and would gladly stay again.
