A truly wonderful experience with a wonderful outlook, very comfortable, clean and tidy. We were welcomed with a sensational breakfast provided, the home grown produce was delicious and plentiful. This was a wonderful stay which was close to so many things that we wanted to see.

Absolutely beautiful setting and house. So quiet and tranquil. The fresh eggs were delicious. Pool table was a big hit. Thank you for having us.

Mark is so lovely and sweet, enjoyed chatting and his care to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The kids lovely the chicken's and sheep!

Karen, what can we say. Absolute stellar of a host!! Upon arrival to the Airbnb, we had to rush off to do a Tasmanian Devil feeding session, I let her know and think two city girls from Brisbane who don't handle the cold well coming back from an outside activity in cradle mountain to a warm place because Karen was thoughtful and started the fire for us!! Karen went above and beyond as a host. Set up our fireplace for us the next day when we came back from Cradle Mountain as well. If you're heading to Cradle Mountain, yes it's a tiny bit of a drive from other accommodation but its well worth it. You feel at home in this house, it has everything you need and it's just a beautiful location. We can't wait to come back!!!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Birch’s Bay Farm with Scottie and Sim. Such friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable and relaxed. The view is totally awesome especially from the hot tub spa. Beds were very comfortable and large open plan kitchen dining lounge were perfect for cooking and relaxing. We also enjoyed the table tennis and snooker tables. What more could you want! Nearby town of Woodbridge has a fabulous cafe and easy scenic walks. Not far to drive to Cygnett with good IGA, art gallery and cafes.

I had a wonderful stay at this cosy Airbnb! The place was very peaceful and provided the perfect environment for relaxation. The owner was fantastic—very easy to communicate with and really responsive to any questions I had. The location was also ideal, being so close to Hobart, which made it very convenient to explore the area. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable getaway!

We loved our 5 night stay at ‘Elvenhome’. It was a warm and cozy cottage with a lovely view over the organic orchard and gardens. It was a great launchpad to visit the local attractions like Cradle Mtn, Mole Ck caves, Trowunna Wildlife Park and the fairy penguin colony near Devonport. Graham and Kathleen were very hospitable, showing us around their farm and explaining their permaculture practices. Definitely recommend!

We greatly enjoyed staying at Lani and Noel’s place. They are kind and thoughtful people- happy to provide any assistance and we felt very welcome. The basket of breakfast goodies was a bonus. The accommodation is comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to the venue where our nephew was getting married so perfect for our purposes. Bed was comfortable too.

The location was amazing, as were the views of Mt Roland and the surrounding valley and hosts Tracy and Quentin. The Cottage was well set up for self-catering, including some fresh, homegrown, and baked supplies (Anzac cookies, honey, and eggs). We were lucky enough to be there during cooler weather, so the wood fire added to the relaxing experience. Tracy and Quentin were very welcoming as were Edward and Pippi, the family dogs and the other farm animals. Convenient to Cradle Mountain and other local attractions, The Cottage was a great place to stay. Thanks, Tracy, Quentin, Edward and Pippi.

Meander Valley Vineyard is a beautiful property and the cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail has been thought through and the products (eg hand wash) and comforts (eg cashmere blanket over the couch, soft bathrobes, pillows, doona filling) are of high quality. The outdoor bath is incredible and the bath milk smells so good! We didn’t get to see the cellar door open but Jade was very friendly when we bumped into him. The info pages were very helpful. We were able to get to Cradle Mountain in 1.5 hours and the ice creamery tip was spot on. The Weber was great with Woolies only 6 mins away.

Absolutely beautiful place. Private, peaceful and relaxing. Very cosy and welcoming. I would love to come again, the perfect nature escape.

We had a very exceptional and unique experience staying at Jazmine and Wilson’s mini cabin. Though it’s a mini cabin, the rooms are quite spacious, full of amenities, and feels quite warm inside. Jazmine and Wilson are very friendly too and made us feel so welcome even before we checked in. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and one of the greatest experience.

We had the most delightful stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Ruth and we could feel the love and care that has poured into every detail. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches everywhereyou looked. Ruth + Peter are some of the kindest people I have come across and we left our interaction with them feeling so uplifted. It's clear that they genuinely care about their guests and the space they've created. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat – it truly was a magical experience!

Absolutely loved it. From the moment we stepped inside it felt like a home away from Home. So amazingly cozy, fascinating, cute and comfortable. The only disappointment we had was the fact we only spent two nights there. You won’t be disappointed with the accommodation or the customer service from Jen.

Our recent stay at Three Paddocks and a Hill was delightful , a perfectly formed home and lovely outlook to hills and pastures with friendly goats &horses ~an ideal spot for all ages to enjoy. The home had all you could ask for ,a cozy open fire, comfy beds and a fabulous picture window to watch the sunrise. Also 10 minutes to Cygnet with cafes & supermarket ,and a short drive to Bruny Island Ferry . Thanks Emma.

Kirrilee’s place was fantastic!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone considering travelling to Tasmania and wanting a quiet stay close to Hobart!

Our second time at Kim & Dee’s cosy cottage in Dunorlan and it was a pleasure to be back. Loved the outdoor bath with the beautiful sunset. A great place to use as a base for exploring the north of Tasmania.

Mountain Dreaming Farm was a lovely base to explore the surrounding areas, especially Cradle Mountain. The views of Mt Roland from the home was also amazing. Joanna was quick to respond to every question and instructions on the self check in were easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy! The sheep, goose and cats added to its charm. We would definitely go back.

We had a delightful stay at Mole Creek. The cottage is clean & homely & it's great to have breakfast provided. Our hosts were super welcoming. We were close enough for day trips to the main attractions of Cradle Mntn & Stanley, although we preferred to explore the local area. There are some fantastic caves nearby, the mountain area in the Karst National Park is beautiful & you have it pretty much to yourself. The nearby walk to the Alum Cliffs Lookout is well worth it too. The cottage is set in a beautiful English country garden style & ideal for relaxing. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you again.

The serene mountain backdrop created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking. We had a great weekend escape.

Lou was amazing host! The house was just perfect, we had everything we needed even some children toys. Garden outside was great too. This is a great location within easy access to all tourists attractions Louise put the Xmas tree for us, we loved it so much and felt like having Christmas at home House is very clean and well looked after Thank you

Sue’s place is wonderful, a peaceful, warm & cosy get away that we would highly recommend. The fresh, still warm bread delivered in the morning for our breakfast was a lovely touch!
