Fred's house (hosted by Steve) is an amazing place to stay! this is our 5th time staying and second Christmas in this beautiful cosy family and dog friendly house. I love the different living spaces, the well stocked kitchen, the lovely outside deck and bbq on sunny afternoons. Steve is an excellent host who is always friendly, welcoming and really quick to respond. Thanks again I am sure we will be back.

Kate's place was a fabulous place to stay with my doggo. One of the most generously well-equipped kitchen's I've experienced, super comfortable beds, warm and homely and a stunning view across the lake! Kate is a wonderfully warm and kind host, easy and responsive communication. I highly recommend Kate's place and will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster house. Waking up to beautiful water views and the peace and quiet was unrivalled. There were plenty of native animals to see every morning and evening around the property and it was a very relaxing stay. Nigel's artwork throughout the property was very impressive and we also found some of his artwork displayed at an amazing restaurant called Landscape in Hobart. I highly recommend booking the Oyster House for your next trip to Tasmania.

Such an incredible spot! We loved staying here, it was a highlight of our trip. We appreciated how fully stocked the kitchen was so we had no problem making our own meals and appreciated the fresh bread! The bed was super comfy with beautiful linens. The backyard and beach were 10/10. We spent our evenings enjoying the sunset and watching the bunnies and birds hop around the yard. Would definitely come stay again!

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed exploring the local area. An easy drive to Cradle Mountain and Corinna. It was wonderful to relax at the beautiful accommodation at the end of each day.

Great cabin experience! Fabulous fire which created a awesome ambience. Beautiful view & easy walk down to the lakes edge.

Cute cottage with some great amenities for mountainbikers like the wash down area, large secure lock up bike shed, the shower pressure, two loos, washing facilities and loads of great coffee! We had 8 people and some mattresses on the floor which wasn't entirely suitable so a smaller group would be better. But Georgia was such a great host, very responsive and cleared up early check in and out for us which helped our travel plan time HUGELY so thanks for that! A really enjoyable stay.

The Airbnb is on the second floor with nice views and beautiful surroundings. It’s quiet and peaceful. And only half an hour from Cradle Mountain. There’s plenty of space and we would stay there again. We left vegetable scraps outside for the wallabies and could watch them from the kitchen at dusk.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. Anna was a very attentive host without being intrusive. The house was amazing with loads of room, beautifully kept and containing everything you could possibly need. The location was brilliant, easy walking to lovely parkland and into town where there are various cafes and a superb walkway along a lovely shoreline. Highly recommended.

Lynette’s place was easy to find, clean and comfortable with wide open spaces, a lovely beach and a great pool close by. We were there for a wedding in Falmouth and the cafe/restaurant was a great place to catch up with friends and family. It is also an easy drive to Bicheno, Frecinet, Scamander and St Helens. If we’re ever in this part of Tassie again we’d be more than happy to stay at Lynette’s place.

Andy and Sal were fabulous hosts! The accommodation was outstanding. The hosts have gone out of their way to make this place unique, private and comfortable. Their personal touch in detail made our stay very enjoyable. Coffee, bread, cerral and drinks were all made available. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Comfortable and cosy this place is truly a gem in Smithton. I highly recommend this accommodation. Can't wait until we visit again!

Perfect for our needs. Well equipped beach house within short walk of ocean views. And we could bring our pet dog with us making it all the more special.

Elm Cottage took me right back to rural France. Such a lovely space with all things French Provincial, a generous amount of supplies, quality bath products, quality linens, exquisite gardens & incredibly cozy. Comfortable and clean accommodation in a serene, rural setting. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy cottage and peaceful surrounds. The cottage is beautifully furnished and offers picturesque views of Lettes Bay. Situated a few minutes away from the Strahan township but an easy quick drive. Check-in was easy and Lee, the host, was prompt, clear and helpful with any questions.

Janmaree got a really lovely boathouse which is situated just next to the pier! The view is amazing and when it comes to the sunset time it becomes absolutely stunning! The location itself is very good for us as we were looking for a place close enough to the Lowhead so that we can get back easily after the penguin tour, and also not too far from the Launceston Airport for our flight in the afternoon the next day. And the gin distillery just opposite to the house is also a gem!

We needed a place for a few nights while waiting for our furniture to catch up to us while we relocated to Tasmania. Phil’s place was close by and looked amazing. It exceeded our expectations. Phil is a lovely host, informative, great communication and ever so helpful. And the view! Wow, stupendous! Such a comfy cottage, well appointed and worth every penny!
