Lovely stay at Benjamins house. Felt right at home. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings / peaceful. Just what we needed. Responsive and helpful host would definitely stay here again! The house was spacious and clean.

Had a great couple of nights here. Very peaceful and hot tub was great! Caravan had everything we needed and more like home from home. Host very friendly and helpful and my daughter left a jumper there and they are posting it to me! Would love to stay again thank you! 🤩

Absolutely loved our stay myself and 11 members of our family celebrating a 60th birthday and nye . Lots of space very comfortable and had everything you could want in the house . Also lots of great board games . Our 5 dogs Absolutely loved the freedom in the area . Lovely cosy stay sorry to leave but will return

This was our 2nd stay. The host is very responsive to messages and the instructions were clear to collect keys. The house was great for a family stay and would recommend 😀

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

Glenn’s place is a real find as it is one of the many interesting buildings in Kings Lynn, opposite the oldest theatre in the Uk! It is central, yet is tucked away which makes it a restful escape. It was perfect for a weekend away to explore the many interesting sights of Kings Lynn.

The penthouse is exactly as shown on the photos but with added homeliness that cannot be captured on film. Location was fabulous, quiet but very central and parking was very close by. We really, really enjoyed our stay on a damp weekend in November.

Excellent responsive host. Very comfortable, practical, clean and well equipped accomodation. Excellent location with easy walkable distance to all sites in Lincoln. Highly recommended. Hoping to be back soon.

We loved our short stay at the Hanse House. It was in a lovely location. Easy to park. A spacious and very quiet space, and very private. Lucy gave us really clear instructions on access to the apartment and parking. We did the Heritage Trail in Kings Lynn, and explored the coast. Restaurants and bars are close by. A thoroughly enjoyable break in beautiful accommodation, thank you 😊 🙏

Had a lovely nights stay here with my wife and young son. Lovely location with a really beautiful walk down by the Trent easy to get to from here. Perfect place to unwind and chill out, highly recommended

We stayed here as we were travelling for a wedding. Angie was great - very communicative and was able to be flexible around our arrival time. She was also able to fit a child gate for extra safety which was very appreciated.

This is a wonderful apartment, cosy and warm with great facilities and a delightful location overlooking the village green (above a boutique clothes shop). We were met in person by our host who showed us to the dedicated parking space at the back of the building. Thoroughly recommended!

Great place for a last minute booking, exactly as expected and good location, cleaning fee seems a little steep for a one night stay but otherwise ideal.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The penthouse is furnished perfectly. We were able to provide our 15 month old with her own room with the layout of the place as we brought our travel cot and baby monitor which worked via WiFi. It was relaxing to open the double doors in both the bedroom and sitting room. Perfect size and location for a family and even if it was two couples staying. Lovely to have the park opposite and only a couple minutes walk to the seafront and main clock tower and high street. They described the stairs leading up to the penthouse so we were prepared for these and didn’t seem too many when doing this every day. Immaculately cleaned and facilities provided. Would definitely stay again:

Julie’s flat was beautifully decorated and so clean. There are lots of homely touches and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The directions were clear and check in and check out was easy. It is a short walk into central Lincoln, where there is so much to do and a huge variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment for a stay in Lincoln.

What a GEM of a find in the heart of Newark! Great central location, plenty of shops, fine dining, antique shops and pubs to visit and a town of English historical experiences through the ages. The property internally has been finished to a very high spec and full of French Shabby Chic charm. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable kind size bed and plenty of amenities to cover your stay. I would highly recommend a stay here and would not hesitate to book again, Lucretia was great to deal with. 10 out of 10 from us xx

This is now the third or fourth time I have stayed here. Great large open plan space. Beautiful and quiet. Just what was needed. I would definitely use this place again if needing to stay in the area. Highly recommended

Andrew and Moira’s place is always a joy to stay at, we’ve been a few times and likely will come for many more! Clean, comfortable and cosy, and excellent location for all Louth amenities and beyond. Only slight downside this time was some noisy neighbours who are very early risers! We’ll be back.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Whole apartment to ourselves (family of 4) from the start to finish Richard (the host) was brilliant. Clear instructions for check in. Apartment was spotless, modern and stylish very clean, had everything we needed, clear instructions for everything. Beds were very comfy! Wifi, board games and bread/milk/condiments all incuded which was a very nice touch! Location was great! Only a 3/4 minute drive to the sea front! Neighbours around apartment were very quiet. Private parking space at the rear of the property. Would 100% recommend and would look to book again next time we come to stay.
