Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

Great, serene home with a range of amenities and services. Kitchen had all required and extra utensils; the bedrooms were perfect; the furniture was useful and the living room was cozy. The swimming pool was enjoyable; as was the entertainment on the TV. Lovely place; will definitely recommend. :)

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described, very clean and tidy. Quite location to chill but also with the spa, putting green, access to a pool and tennis court there was loads to do with the family. We would deceiver stay again. Karen was a great host who was very responsive and friendly.

Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Great location easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, also very close to the lake. Bachcare was very quick to respond to any questions. Great communication. The only thing that would have made it slightly better was it was quite hot in the smaller bedroom. The only window was a skylight and there wasn't anyway to open it. The main bedroom was lovely though, air con and big windows.

Fantastic place to stay in Kinloch - walking distance to the lake, local tennis courts, playground and pump bike track...great for a family holiday. Beautiful modern home with all the bells & whistles and fantastic heated pool. Had everything we needed and also only 20 min drive to Taupo. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s a great house. We stay here for a work event and it’s perfect because of the number of bedrooms, the space and the location.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. House was private and had everything we needed. Also amazing mini golf & restaurant walking distance! Great walks to the lake also!

Beatrice helped us find her connected loft unit and the main abode to accommodate our large family. We were very happy with the clean home and the lovely yard. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. Beatrice was also very responsive with our questions. Don't look anywhere else. Will be recommending to our friends.

Had a great stay here hence all the stars!!! Extremely helpful host!! let us in before 6pm!! , which was awesome for our large families with 2 wee babies. So thankyou to Nanette. Huge clean and tidy house, plenty of garden for the children to play etc

Great place if you’re a skier/ wakeboarder to do a full immersion!

Wonderful little piece of paradise! The home was spacious & bright with lots of windows to take advantage of the stunning views. We enjoyed the hot tub, soaking tub, laundry facilities & even got to meet Poppy. We took Janes advice & visited the wonderful cafe & pottery shop just a couple minutes away. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Sally provided great hospitality to us including a comprehensive briefing of house facilities and look-outs, as well as recommendations on nice places and restaurants nearby. The house is excellent to hang out with great views (Waikato river is at the corner). I will definitely visit again when I visit Taupo again.

Très belle maison, bien équipée. Literie confortable. Nous avons aimé notre séjour et en particulier de prendre le petit déjeuner en famille sur la terrasse qui donne sur un grand jardin arboré.

This is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. We encountered a tricky situation, and the host set off from Auckland at 1 AM to help us. This was my parents’ first trip to New Zealand, and the experience left them with a great impression and deep gratitude. I highly recommend this place—you’ll get an amazing house with convenient access to many attractions.

We had a lovely stay with two couples and a child. it was cosy and the kitchen had everything we needed. there were good heating appliances too and the photos matched the description well. it was good value and would happily recommend to others. thanks Deborah!

We had a lovely stay in Calida’s cottage. The fire place was set all, Calida had breakfast basics for us and even a special treat in the fridge! Calida put lots of care and thought into our stay and it showed with all the thoughtful details. Would love to stay here again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Lake Taupo! Wir waren als Gruppe für ein paar Tage da und haben es geliebt. Die große Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr gut aufgeteilt und wir hatten genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Preis Leistung ist auch super. Klare Weiterempfehlung ! 🥰
