We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

We stayed for a week in this house in Turangi. Both of us have no experience fishing and we did not plan to learn it. This house has a lot to offer outside of that. On top of being a cosy stay giving us a homely feeling it is also a great location to discover the surroundings, Tongariro National Park, Taupo Lake, even up to Rotorua. The house itself is very clean, well equiped and the garden is beautiful and secluded. Definately recommended.

Our stay was perfect. We were delighted to be able to stay at short notice for 2 nights after our booked accommodation wasn’t up to standard when we arrived in Taupo. The communication was great. The house was as described, spotless and fully equipped kitchen. Short walk down to the lake. Thank you we would stay again

Great bach in Acacia Bay! Really conveniently located to the local restaurant and four square. And just a lovely retro vibe. Great for any kind of holiday! David also posted us back a charger which was very helpful!

The house was super easy to find. Very generous in size. Well appointed bathrooms. Felt secure as there is properties on 3 sides. Close to new shopping centre and big Woolworths Supermarket. Great location in regards to town. Very new!

Hands down the best AirBnB house we have stayed in, from booking to check-in and check-out, Josie and Will were friendly and helpful. The house was incredible, the photos don’t do it justice! Perfect for 8 adults to share with plenty of space, all amenities and fantastic views of the lake. Great location for the Ironman 70.3 World Champs, close enough to everything! Full on 10/10 from us all, thank you!

It was an awesome location, very private and very spacious for a family of 8. Ruby and Tyler are a beautiful couple that make sure you are very comfortable and really make you feel at home.

The Retreat was fantastic - so good we wish that we could have stayed for longer than one night. Peaceful setting overlooking the water - the view from cottage 3 was incredible in my opinion. The owners greeted us upon arrival, provided great local restaurant recommendations and otherwise ensured we had whatever we needed. Tons of space for our family of 4. The property gives off a classic vibe, and it is clear they are updating and upgrading the units with new amenities, appliances, etc. The wood burning stove added a warm ambiance for a peaceful family movie night overlooking the lights across the lake. A highlight of our roadtrip so far.

Loved our stay on Tui! The master bedroom was ginormous and had a lovely light and bright feel to it. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was a quick walk into town and to the markets. Perfect. Would stay again.

Very handy to lake, shopping and eating out. The apartment was quiet, private with spacious upstairs area. Parking outside was wonderful and easy access made it an ideal place for us. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. We would recommend.

Really peaceful, walking distance to shops and magnificent river views. everything was catered for and very responsive hosts.

Wir haben uns in diesem Airbnb sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner funktionieren einwandfrei. Wir hörten von oben die Schritte, das ist aber in der Beschreibung auch so angegeben. Ab und zu spielte auch jemand Klavier, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Es war sehr schön, dabei zuzuhören :-)

This Airbnb is more than just somewhere to stay, it’s alpaca and emu heaven! I love animals more than anything so having them to talk to / feed / watch from the porch was so special! The Airbnb itself is incredibly comfortable and welcoming, super clean and our hosts were so kind and responsive. We loved it!

Carolyn’s house is a true gem! the house is spacious, great bathroom and very well stocked kitchen. and the location!!!! the grounds literally touch Lake Taupo, it does not get better!! The communication with Carolyn was very easy, she also responded always very quickly. We had so wonderful days at the house, and can’t recommend it enough

El mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Nueva Zelanda 😍 Todo muy limpio, bonito y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia estupenda. Hay mucho espacio para poder colocar dos maletas grandes sin que molesten, un baño grande y lo mejor es la cocina, con todo tipo de utensilios muy bien cuidados para poder cocinar. Además había muchas opciones para desayunar, todo muy bueno. Pudimos hacer la colada y hay una zona de terraza vallada para el alojamiento, todo muy bonito. Sher y Carty han sido encantadores con nosotros, siempre pendientes de que todo fuese bien, interesándose por nosotros y dándonos recomendaciones. Sin duda un sitio para repetir, hemos salido de allí encantados.

Logement dans un cadre champêtre et très campagnard entouré de veaux amicaux. Le logement correspond aux photos et est très spacieux et calme. La ville est a 15mn en voiture donc proche. Le contact avec nos hôtes a été impeccable: très réactif et amical. La cuisine a un micro ondes et un évier. Le salon est spacieux et très sympa. Attention le WiFi est capricieux. Très beau logement pour ceux qui veulent se retirer de l’agitation et profiter du calme de la campagne. Je recommande.

Great stay, as we are getting closer to winter it was also nice and warm, everything very clean and tidy, driveway was just a little tight so if your hiring a car keep in mind it will be easier to navigate with a small vehicle compared to a big van which is what I had.

An immaculate tiny home in a perfect, picturesque location. The tiny home had everything we needed and dog friendly ❤ It was close enough for us to visit all the spots in Taupo that we wanted to see. At the end of the day we coulde escape back to a very serene and peacful location. This was an awesome experience and qe will definitely be back. Thank you Eileen
