Excellent spot, walking or biking distance from the beach and away from the crowds. Great decor and very comfortable, private house layout. Two minute walk to New World. Nice bed linen. Fantastic outdoor shower.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We loved the space around the house. We spent most of our time in the kitchen or on the front deck. Nice indoor outdoor flow. Beautiful views of nature. We were mostly at festival so enjoyed coming back to the property to relax, recharge. The bathrooms had everything you need, good shower pressure too. I would highly recommend this property as it was very spacous for a group of 6. Saskia was really good to liase with, easy comms. Thanks team for a enjoyable weekend at your airbnb.

Truly, a really special place that was so cosy and felt like the kind of home filled with warmth and happiness, that we could just stay in for a long time! An Exceptional stay! The place was very peaceful, hearing and feeling the breeze by the mini coconut trees is so relaxing on the mind. Everything was sparkling clean, super comfortable bed and sofa. Very convenient in just a minute walk over to cafes, supermarket and nice restaurants. Best of all, the Host is so nice and kind! We are so privileged to had the chance to stay here and we look forward to coming back for a long term stay! Thank you very much, Gerard for having us, and making this place such a wonderful memory and stay for us ❤️

Really enjoyed our stay at Claire’s place. Had everything we needed, close to nice walks, and a short drive to the CBD and beach. Really appreciated that we were able to bring our dog and that the front section was fully fenced. Would stay again.

Awesome little house, right across the road from the beach. The place was neat and tidy and we instantly felt right at home. Kid and pet friendly, my cavoodle loved the little fenced off courtyard and my 3 year old spent ages playing with the toys. Such a nice touch!! It was only a short stay but would happily book again for a longer period next time. Thanks Robyn :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our extended family (8 people plus a dog). The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great setup for a larger group, and we appreciated being able to bring our furry friend along! Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The house was beautiful and incredibly well finished. It had everything you needed, the coffee machine was a bonus and we really appreciated the swimming towels provided. It was super comfortable, with lovely outdoor areas which was amazing for the summer days. We were a group of couples and the only comment is that bedroom 4 is two single beds (not a double as in the photos), however it wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and out was super easy, highly recommend staying there!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Belinda's place was just what me and my little dog Charlie need after long day working around the country. It's hotel suit quality and dog friendly so who could ask for more, it's beautiful room and apparently has a spa somewhere but the weather wasn't that good and to be honest I was just happy to relax with a glass of wine. We hope to be back soon! 🐶😃👍

This is such a gorgeous home right next to beautiful Papamoa beach. Lovely kitchen and open deck area with a pretty garden, and easy living. We had such a great time -walking and swimming at the beach, enjoying local cafes, and a short drive to excellent restaurants (great tips from Lisa too, thank you!). Looking forward to finding a way to return!

Had a great time at Greg's place in Mount Maunganui! Cute little house with everything you need in it, especially happy with how fully stocked the kitchen was. The bed was very comfortable as well. The location is a short drive from the middle of town, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall we had a great stay!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our mini-moon! From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. We truly didn’t want to leave! Love, love, love—would stay again in a heartbeat! 💕✨🐾

Our stay at Felicia’s was simply perfect! She took care of us from start to finish, always available and attentive. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. The place was impeccable, comfortable, and exactly as described. Felicia is an incredible host, and we wholeheartedly recommend her! Thank you again for everything!

Peaceful setting surrounded by fields, even has an avocado tree next to the room and we were given the avos that fell off! Really special weekend for us.

This house is across the street from the beautiful, long, sand Papamoa beach! Also walking distance to restaurants and surf board rentals and lessons! we loved loved loved the house. It has beautiful old wood floors, a claw foot tub, and lots of antique details. It also has front and rear decks - wonderful for outside dining - we had breakfast in the front in the sun, and dinner at the nice table in the back. We will stay there again!
