What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

Shar’s place was clean and well organised. Good location but a little noisy at night being on a busy street. We were generally satisfied with our stay at this apartement. But there were a couple of points that I would like to note. One of the twin beds was not very comfortable and it was better to sleep on the couch the next night. The apartement was very clean inside but the balcony was not. I think improvement on these would make this aparement a truly perfect 5 star holiday home.

Fantastic location, couldn’t be closer to the beach than this. Stunning sunrises, beautiful beach great for swimming. Quiet setting, walk easily to dairy and takeaways, short drive to larger shopping centre. The house has comfy beds and all the kitchen equipment you might need. Plenty of space throughout. Responsive helpful host and outstanding value for money. This place is on our favourites list, thanks Caroline!

We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. The elevator to all floors was very handy.

Belinda's place was just what me and my little dog Charlie need after long day working around the country. It's hotel suit quality and dog friendly so who could ask for more, it's beautiful room and apparently has a spa somewhere but the weather wasn't that good and to be honest I was just happy to relax with a glass of wine. We hope to be back soon! 🐶😃👍

Such an amazing property. Beautifully furnished and great location. Perfect for kids thanks to the trampoline, spa and space. Gym/garage is an extra perk. Want to stay again

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It is spacious and you can't beat the view. It has everything you could possibly need with lots of games for the kids. It was so enjoyable watching the tide come and go and bird watching. We were here in Autumn so didn't take advantage of the paddleboards but will definitely come back in summer if we can. Hosts were so accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much.

Julie is a very responsive host and was always available when we had questions. The location is good, close to many things. The space is neat and tidy and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

Our family had a amazing stay, from the moment we opened the door to the time we left. The views of the ocean were stunning, I don't think you could get any closer to the water anywhere else at the Mt. I want to comment on the cleanliness of the house, and the fresh smells, everything was tiptop, even had body wash and hand wash in the bathrooms. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of. There were toys, games, sand toys, boogie boards ( we didnt use) for children. A very user friendly house. Would totally recommend staying here, and I will be telling others about this beautiful Air B & B.
