Nancy was a wonderful Host. Always responded very quickly & very nice to communicate with when we had questions. The house location is amazing. The bedrooms are all clean & very inviting. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of dishes & silverware. The pool was clean. The fishing off the dock in the backyard was super fun and lots of fish. I would definitely return.....A+

We had a lovely stay at this place, it was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the tiki and dock out back, for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The area is quiet, and this is in particular a great location within the campground and condo association, as it is right on a canal, and private dock if you have a boat. We would stay again if we return to the area next year !

The house was great, and the backyard amazing! Dolphins right next door, lots of shore birds, and fishing right from the dock. Hot tub under the stars, kayaking in the morning. Really great place to spend part of our spring break

Absolutely amazing! Tanya’s Airbnb was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space was stunning, beautifully maintained, and created the most magical atmosphere for our special day. Tanya and Lana were incredible hosts—responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the beautiful setting and how comfortable the stay was. If you’re looking for a dreamy location with a fantastic host, this is it! Highly recommend! FANTASTIC! We have stayed in hotels on Key Largo, but staying at Stu’s was a game changer. After our dives, it was easy to rinse off our gear then have more than enough space to relax and not feel cooped up. The entire place was extremely clean. The pool was perfect and the edge of the water was a perfect place to hang out we saw several manatees and even had a pelican visit. Stu was very responsive and we are looking forward to repeating this adventure again!

Our family enjoyed our stay! We loved paddle boarding and kayaking daily. We saw a Sting Ray at the end of the dock, caught a Blue crab in trap, caught a Striped grunt fish off the dock, a Nurse Shark under the dock (harmless) lots of Star fish, a hermit crab, and two Manatees. Great to snorkel around the beach area. Beautiful location and Kelley is fantastic and quick to respond! Highly recommend!!

We had a wedding on Key Largo and this place was the hub of those arriving early until the wedding venue was available! Great location with walkable restaurants nearby. Did not take long to be on island time! Beautiful place with all the amenities!

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom unit! While it’s on the smaller side, it’s been beautifully remodeled with modern, clean, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the brand new pots and pans . The living room gets fantastic natural light, and the view from the balcony is great—perfect for enjoying sunsets. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront, which was so peaceful and relaxing. The walls are on the thinner side, so we could hear kids running in the common areas at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host truly went above and beyond by shipping back items I accidentally left behind, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay again!

This was a perfect option for our family with two little kids. It was a quiet location, full of other families and within a reasonable driving distance of a lot of attractions and restaurants. Our kids loved the pool!

My family loved our stay at Rich's place. It was comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful with a gorgeous lagoon, 2 pools, and a short walk to the beach. Very peaceful and walkable. Rich was very quick to respond and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four! We enjoyed the pools, swimming lagoon, pickleball courts, and the sitting areas on the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and the attached private laundry room was a bonus. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. We regularly did the 5-minute drive to Pennekamp State Park for the sandy beach, rental kayaks and paddle boards through the mangroves, and snorkeling trips to the reefs and shipwrecks. We also enjoyed the local fish markets in the marina just a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again.

Clean and pleasant. Enjoyed the big balcony. Close to US1, which is practical but which can also be heard (like probably in many parts of the Keys).

The condo was well equipped and in a quiet spot. We loved the beach and didn’t have problems finding chairs. It’s not a huge beach so it wasn’t noisy or crowded. The pool is also very nice! There are beach towels, rafts and sand toys in the unit which was great. There is an area under the building with ping pong, a mini pool table and other games too. We have older kids but would’ve loved to have found this place when they were little. It’s perfect for young families with the pool and small beach. We definitely had a chance to unwind during our stay. Desy was super responsive to my questions and messages.

Vi var en familj på 5 4 vuxna och ett barn 11 år vi har varit på olika ställen i Florida och ville avsluta resan med de underbara Florida keys. Patricia svarade alltid snabbt både innan och under vistelsen. Fick mycket praktiska tips: handla äta aktiviteter. Toppen men en egen tvättstuga precis utanför dörren. Fanns allt som behövdes hygien artiklar handdukar sängkläder tvätt och diskmedel.Området var jätte trevligt och fint men vi var där bara några dagar och var iväg varje dag så vi tittade sista kvällen på den jätte fina solnedgången och gick en promenad förbi lagoon. Folk i området är också jätte trevliga. Man kände sig som hemma. Tack Patricia vi är glada att du var våran värd och vi fick bor där.

We stayed for a week long spring break vacation with our 8 year old daughter. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and stated in the positive reviews, and this condo is an absolute gem. It’s not only the perfect location in the resort complex itself…so close to the pool and a very short walk to the private beach, it’s also close to both Key Largo and Islamorada restaurants and attractions. We truly had the most amazing experience…the pool is lovely any time of day, it was never overcrowded or noisy, we loved having a full kitchen for cooking meals and having snacks, the ocean view was beautiful, and the in condo laundry was so very convenient. We also loved exploring the other islands, and felt so lucky that we were perfectly located for day trips and convenience to the Miami airport as well. We would highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to staying here again, or at another of John’s properties!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

The first half of our stay went extremely well and there was plenty of space to park our boat. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful accommodations for my family! The condo was extremely clean with all the amenities we needed. Pool/ hot tub was a big hit with our kids and the location was close to everything we planned. Sean and team were extremely kind and communicative.

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!
